    Shane is a fantastic teacher. I was on a short course and it changed my whole way of thinking. I was so nervous to have a session and my anxiety levels were sky high but he made me feel so comfortable and I felt I was able to let everything out with ease. Shane was also amazing on taking time to check on me outside of the sessions which I felt even more supported. I highly recommend having a session with Shane if you are suffering with anxiety

    Shane’s ability to hold space is amazing and the way he takes you through his process is unreal. I have been on my healing journey for more than a few years and was unable to express myself fully without feeling like I would be judged. He provided a safe container where I could express my fears and worries and took me through his natural release process. I feel I am now able to be present with my feelings and able to keep working towards my health, loving the parts of me I felt so hard to do before. He holds a non judgemental space and ability to stay present through out your process. I will always be grateful for his services. I would highly recommend Shane if you feel like you are stuck and unable to express yourself. His process works! I am also part of his mentorship program and it has added a whole new framework to my journey that has helped me beyond measure. I highly recommend - Thank you Shane Haron!

    There are three elements: 1-2-1 therapy sessions, co-regulation group sessions and self-regulation resources. In terms of the 1-2-1, I loved the four 90 minute sessions I had. I was able to release a lot of suppressed traumatic experiences, and it’s left me psychologically much healthier and able to move forward in my life in a confident way. Somatic release is a great way to address hidden psychological blockages that may be holding you back, and repair sometimes decades old emotional damage. I found it very useful. The co-regulation group sessions: very relaxing and effective. I love the eye peripheral movements, that really works for me. Somatic touch reconnects me with my emotions. And the 5:5 breathing always induces a deep relaxation. Shane also explains some of the theory behind the practical elements as we move through the exercises. The tools for self-regulation are extensive and excellent, so you can work on improving vagal tone and relaxation techniques in your own time. Overall this has definitely been a 5* experience for me.

    Absolutely amazing I can not thank Shane enough, he has given me my life back. He totally understands how you're feeling and why you're feeling like it, anyone undecided just go for it you will not be disappointed. Xx

    I cannot recommend Shane enough. I have in the past experienced anxiety and more recently was feeling a very intense level of anxiety that was persisting for a few weeks. In one session he guided me through what was going on and gave me the tools to calm my nervous system and feel the emotions and return myself to a feeling of complete calm. I am so glad I found him and would recommend anyone experiencing anxiety to get in contact, genuinely life changing. Thank you so much Shane

    Shane has helped me change my mindset and get my life back on track. From the moment I had my first phone consultation with him all the way up to my last session I felt so comfortable talking to him. Each time he taught me a new technique to overcome my anxiety, he would always explain the reasoning behind it and how this effects the brain. What I appreciated the most was how supportive he was outside of our sessions, whenever I felt anxious, needed advice on any of the techniques we went through or was having a very bad day, he was just a text away and would always help me feel a lot calmer. 6 months on and I am in such a great place. Shane taught me a lot about myself and helped reshape the way I think and taught me a lot about the importance of self worth! If anyone is struggling with anxiety or doesn't feel great mentally, I would definitely recommend having a session with Shane. He took me out my comfort zone, which was so worth it in the end! I was very nervous at first to start this process, but like I said from start to beginning I felt very comfortable to open up about my thoughts and the way I had been feeling, he has been nothing but helpful throughout it all!     Shane is great! He gave me new tips and tools to use when feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I felt safe and relaxed right way when working with him. He understands the connection between past trauma and how that contributes to present anxiety in many ways. We were able to work on some childhood trauma in a way that was safe. It allowed me to feel it and let it go. I learned how to self-regulate my nervous system. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to heal from anxiety!

    Deciding to go ahead and have one to one sessions with Shane was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I was very nervous on my first session but Shane made me feel so calm and I left my first session feeling like I had a huge weight lifted from my shoulders. I have learnt so much about myself and my anxiety and couldn’t put a price on the guidance and support he has given me. The foundation course alone was amazing and was a really useful tool to refer back to in between sessions. I can’t recommend Shane enough and would definitely encourage anyone that suffers from anxiety or trauma to reach out. Your experiences and feelings will be in safe hands and you will soon learn that anxiety doesn’t have to control your life! Thank you again Shane!
