Wow. Starting off with the customer service & Shack: This shack has left the BEST impressions. With this being our first time at Higgsys Hut, the owners were very welcoming. It was great to show up and there being regular customers who were there who also brought a great vibe by being chatty not to mention speaking highly of the food. The shack was nicely presented and to me gave a Texas feel to it & clean! The food: The timing for the food was fairly good, fresh patties made and all the ingredients were cooked there and then! The taste… OUT OF THIS WORLD, we got two Redneck burgers and they didn’t disappoint. The sausage had such a distinctive smokey taste taking me back to the Texas/bbq vibe I got from the shack. The burgers themselves were “smash type patties” they were so juicy which is great as they are normally quick to dry out… however the team literally “smashed” it! They were perfect. We got two sides of fries which were perfectly crispy and salted (without asking that’s when you know they know what they’re doing). Thank-you for our faultless meals and look forward to seeing you both again. This will definitely be on our list of places to come back too for definite. My opinion: Do yourself a favour and visit this shack if you want a proper burger with PROPER flavour, thanks again for your hospitality and great food!

Absolutely awesome food! Its cooked to mouth watering perfection using excellent quality ingredients & served up in timely manner. The owners are next level friendly & always cater to your needs. I cant recommend this burger bar highly enough, it a must go to for lunch or for dinner with the family. 10/10 & 5*s well deserved guys.. keep up the fab work. 👍👍😁

These burgers are absolutely amazing and the service and friendliness of the owners is fantastic, anyone who has not tried one should not delay.I had the Redneck burger and my girlfriend had the Hillbilly burger These were both amazing biting into the Redneck burger was a taste sensation first the taste of the meat followed by the melted cheese and the smokiness of the bacon and frankfurters all compliment the taste. My girlfriend said she loved the taste of the hillbilly burger she enjoyed the mushrooms,onion, gherkins, and pineapple and said the meat was excellent it did not leave her feeling bloated. The skin on fries were great as well Just one word of warning make sure you're hungry.

Drove an hour today to taste these amazing burgers, honestly the best tasting burger we have ever eaten. Service was amazing too so welcoming and friendly. Definitely be back.

What an absolute gem of a place! We ordered two of the redneck burgers and they were fantastic, juicy and tasted great! The owners were also very welcoming and happy to chat about their food and give recommendations when ordering. It was our first time visiting, but we’ll definitely be back!

Smashing Food & Great People Been passing this place for a while now, every time I've been telling my self to stop and try the food. due to the nature of my work I spend a lot of time on the road and eating out and never found The place for a decant food until me and my wife stopped here today. When we arrived we were greeted by two fabulous people who took our orders, we spoke and had a laugh which was great, never had this else where. We spoke about the food etc, the owner is very positive about what he delivers and I can now honestly & safely say, I can see why, We had to the redneck burger, and within the first bite you can tell the difference from this place to others. the food is to die for, this place most certainly put's other places to shame. Food is well presented, not over greased or over sauced, food melts in your mouth and that taste between flavours is unreal. If your looking for the best burger in the county then don't miss this stop, you wont be let down. We will be returning again soon Thanks Guys
