Very retro. I felt like the front entrance was like walking into an 80’s a xmas foyer . With the metallic decorations and stripped wall paper . The wooden cladding behind the bar.. brought a smile two . The painted bathroom sinks were a little different too . Seating was in a uniform school assembly formation held together by elastic allowing very little room for comfort. It would of been more appropriate to have seating around the edges , allowing easy viewing for all not just the tall spectators. Due to the brilliant vocalist , people where up dancing . It was a fab night .

Great atmosphere… the bands that have played here is astonishing!

Attended my grandaughters Roller disco party here and while the staff were fantastic and the actual venue is lovely the party was in mid December and there was no heating on. It was FREEZING cold I mean so cold you couldn't take your coat gloves and scarf off, so not the best experience for those not skating.

We went on a ghost hunt in this amazing building. It's past its best but that adds to its charm and I can imagine what it was like to visit in the 60s. Didn't see any ghosts though.

In need of a complete refurb…it extremely outdated throughout. Huge venue and the Christmas party was full but just not for me 🤦🏼‍♂️

It was still as great as my experiences from the 1960's. We had an excellent evening in great company.

Great, historic venue. Absolute time machine. One star off for being colder than outside.

More real ale please. Staff were lovely and helpful. Reasonable bar rates. Loved the old style incinerator in the ladies loo. Affectionately known now as Betty the Burner. Great venue indeed

👍👍 Amazing place. It was a little quiet but great place for pool and darts. Bar staff was great.
