    A service that goes above and beyond to ensure that your well being is utmost priority. We recently had to arrange an MRI for my daughter and the booking system is simple and easy to follow. Once I was booked in, a follow up call was made to ask whether any special arrangements could be made by team Vitalscan to make things more comfortable for my daughter (who is ASD & epileptic) From start to finish we had an excellent experience. The radiologist made my daughter feel very comfortable and was very patient, adhering to her needs at all times with a smile on his face :) Her results came through the following day! Excellent service and I highly recommend! Thank you Vitalscan

    Amazing Diagnostic Centre. Helpful and very polite staff. VIP treatment. Francisco and Veronica, Mickey, Bushra are very informative. Unlimited coffee, tea and bottled water offered. Luxury Lounge and private rooms for each client. Thank you Vitalscan staff for a well done customer service.

    Flawless facility and service. Not just professionally polite, but genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very much made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment one enters reception. One of the few experiences I've had with health services - public or private - where I've been sincerely treated as an individual, as opposed to just another patient. Worth the 400 mile round trip in every respect. Many thanks Francis and Veronica for being so helpful. Much appreciated.

    First class MRI scan centre. Clean and modern and such helpful staff. Veronica met us at the door and made us drinks. Francisco carried out the medical checks and then took me for my scan. Images were available to view that same day and my report from the consultant radiologist was available the next day. We had a private room where my wife could wait while I had my scan. I was able to book a date and time that suited me. Highly recommended.

    I was very impressed with the service of the staff and clean modern look of the premises. We arrived early and were given a coffee while we waited in reception until we were shown through into a private room where I could leave my things and my husband could wait while I had my MRI scan. Again the scan went well, the staff were friendly and explained what was going to happen during my scan. Afterwards we had another coffee before we left. As it was a Friday, I had expected that I would not get the results of my scan until Monday, so I was very surprised and pleased when I was emailed a link to my results early that evening. The only thing that let them down was that the report was too technical for me to understand and if I wanted it explained to me, I would have to pay for a video call that would cost me another £100 which was a disappointing end to a very pleasant experience.

    Medical staff were great, efficient and welcoming so as the receptionists. Just a shame about the call centre which I had to call back to answer a few questions which were urgent. After 2 hours trying on and off many times, I never got through, so resorted to email. Did receive an apology.

    Friendly, attentive and great experience all round when feeling so terrible. I was given an appointment within hours, on arrival they addressed by name with a smile which instantly made me feel at ease. Youre given your own wait room so it feels private. Then the gentleman who did my scans noticed I was claustrophobic without me mentioning and took the time to relax me and make me feel comfortable. Results came within 24 hours. Couldn't ask ask for better.
