We booked in advance for afternoon tea and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was spotless, staff were lovely and the food was delicious. We had a selection for afternoon tea and there was plenty of food (we were all very full and took the remainder home!). We had bao buns, sashimi, nigiri, fruit rolls, eclairs and scones and it was all excellent. We will definitely be returning. We didn’t see afternoon tea advertised on their website but heard about it from a friend, so it’s definitely worth calling beforehand to book in if that’s what you’re after. Their main menu and specials all looked delicious too.

We booked this restaurant for my husband’s birthday. We were suggested to go for Zen experience as it was a special occasion and we were glad we did. The whole experience was awesome with great attention to detail and we felt we were very well looked after. They even catered for a special vegetarian menu for us.The entire experience consists of 8 courses and sake and also includes three different types of tea. Absolutely loved the presentation of dishes, portions and the freshness of the ingredients. Also to mention that the decor was awesome and made the whole experience very nice. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a different experience.

Really nice setup and design to the restaurant and quick efficient service. The food was really tasty, we had a range of bits from across the menu. The chicken wings were my favourite item. The drop in the score, is from the atmosphere and the price. But a really good experience and would certainly recommend eating here.

Absolutely superb - fantastic for lovers of Japanese food, and the nigiri and gyoza were as good as those I had in some very high end places in Tokyo. Lovely people who are passionate about their food and rightly so - I cannot rate it highly enough. Go now!

Such a lovely restaurant, we made a special trip to visit on the was past from north to south. Knutsford is a pretty place and the parking is convenient (Saturday lunchtime) and we so enjoyed the food. Good, solid Japanese cuisine with some imaginative options

Wow! An unexpected triumph. Super friendly service, accommodating chef and amazing food. I think we found our new favourite restaurant! We have had sushi all over the world, and this rivals the best we’ve had. An easy 5-stars ⭐️

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The food was excellent - we particularly loved the tuna tataki which was recommended by the waiter and was delicious. Quite a few vegetarian options too.
