Travelling along the canal and what an absolute find! We ate here for lunch today and it was beyond fantastic. We had a selection of meats, breads and cheeses with the most incredible hummus. We brought our 16 month old who was made so welcome which is such a relief! Thank you for a brilliant lunch, atmosphere and experience. We cannot wait to come back! An absolute must for anyone in the area and on the canal!!

Lovely shop, delicatessen and cafe with local fresh produce. Nice range of locally brewed bottled beers. I popped into their snug cafe for a steak and ale pie and cappuccino. Great place to visit after a pleasant circular walk around the Mere, that continues into Welshampton, onto the canal towpath and back into Ellesmere.

We were made to feel so welcome when our planned group of 8 turned into 12, we had such a fabulous, cosy, fun fiilled evening in the snug. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back!!

Lovely deli and cafe in an old bank. Good range of local food, excellent menu including gluten free options, with freindly staff.

Lovely cafe, good selection of teas, coffees & snacks (meals are available too). Lots of local produce to eat there or take away & some craft items too. Pip & staff are always super helpful & friendly.

Great place with local produce, home made cakes with many non-dairy and gluten-free options. Good coffe and tea. Also toast with alcoholic butter definitely worth a try😋

Absolute gem of a place. I only had a drink because it was all I went in for. If you are visiting the area it's well worth seeking out. Excellent service, great selection and sensible prices.
