If you want a lovely home Tai Calon is not for you. They aren't the best at contacting you back when you have an issue or even to fix the problems for that matter and could have you waiting years. When the repairs do eventually get sorted they are of poor quality. Quick enough wanting rent though.

Simply put if you get a option I'd stay away. Very rude and uncaring. Had asbestos removed from my old fire place that's not in use. Was left with no hot water and heating till 10pm at night with two children one at the age of 8 months who suffers from eczema. With bad weather outside. Now the house is a mess with a big hole all the way up the chimney witch is dangerous for my children. And it seems like I'll be waiting days or weeks just for a panel to be put up to cover it. Not happy at all. The only good thing I have to say is the workers who came where polite so this is not a review on them.

Polite, courteous, helpful very professional, we left the Tai calon building feeling relieved and aware of our situation. We're looking forward to our upcoming events with support and assistance we have a fresh new start

I've been a tenant of Tai Calon's since March 2019. Thanks to them, they have made my life much easier. I have disabilities and was suffering severely with my back and knees. Since living in one of there adapted properties my life has become more sustainable. I have no reason to complain. I've had repairs that needed doing and the guys have been brilliant and excellent work carried out each time. It disheartens me when you see people complaining about Tai Calon over things. No one is perfect and the Tai Calon's housing association is trying to please everyone. Be grateful you got a home to live in. Tai Calon staff are only human like the rest of us. Treat them with courtesy and remember there is always a solution to a problem. They are approachable if you show them courtesy and I'm sure they will help you with any problems you may have.

I've been a tenant for 50 years, long before Tai Calon took over and ha lately been disappointed with the repairs. I have been waiting since last August to have a broken pain of glass replaced in the rear porch and for someone be done about damp that has recently appeared on the bottom of my living room wall causing mould to damage my armchair and wood flooring.

Shocking! I'm not a complainer but, I have put in so many formal complaints for them to be brushed off. I am now in contact the Ombudsman. Repairs take forever and some still haven't been done, from before I even moved in (over a year). One repair that eventually was done, was a 'patch up job' and the workman told me it wouldn't last two minutes. They drag their feet with moves too and make it very difficult.

Absolutely shocking. Phoned reception numerous times and have been told someone will get back to me but no one does.

Not very impressed! I have been chasing tai calon as they constantly palm me off on the phone and ignore my emails. I have a sewage drain which is leaking through ground and in to my garden! I have small children so this in it’s own is dangerous not only that it’s now so wet it’s pushing my retaining wall over which could give way at any time. They have told me it’s not them constantly i have had the council come and do a full inspection as tai calon refused! They found that the pipe is on tai calon ground so therefore it is down to them to fix the issue and all I get is ignored emails and told different things every time I call. I don’t know what other route I can go down to actually get a response and get this problem resolved!
