I was looking for a particular pair of boots and only the Inverness store had them in my size when I rang. I spoke to Elaine asking if she would keep them for me as we were coming to Inverness on holiday and she was so kind and helpful to put them aside especially that we were delayed because of a breakdown. So thank you so much for such a great customer service! I am so happy with my boots and feeling very grateful!

After a disappointing experience in another Trespass branch, I popped in here whilst in Inverness on business looking to purchase some new gear and a jacket. Although the store didn't have the jacket I was after, the store colleagues, along with store manager were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Inverness.

Just wanted to thank the staff here for their excellent customer service. Visited this branch for a Christmas present and was very impressed by the manager who served me, he was friendly and helpful. I bought a breathable top and some lovely dog design Christmas cards. I returned to the store this week as the top was a bit too small, to swap it. Again I was served by a friendly, helpful staff member, this time a lady. She was helped by the manager to do the exchange and I noticed how patient and nice he was to her. Just how all managers should be! Big thank you.

This Trespass shop is one of the BEST Trespass shops in UK! The whole team here are 100% amazing, their product knowledge combined with a understanding of the needs of regular customers turns the shopping experience into a delight! My only wish is I wasn't 100s of miles away from this awesome store at present. However I know that regardless of where I am in UK I can be guaranteed to find quality clothing and equipment at affordable prices. THANK YOU TRESPASS for helping stay alive these past 6 winters of sleeping outside! BTW your new winter coat range is superb. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good bargains for students - 10% off. Bought some overtrousers for my daughter at UHI Inverness and the assistant suggested we try a different, less expensive brand than we were looking at because they were better, more breathable and came with a stuff sack. Very happy with service and would drop in again.

Good range of clothes and great prices as this branch is closing in October but hope they open a new branch of suitable premises are found.
