Amazing, AMAZING service and items. I was lucky enough to be introduced (via telephone) to Jen the day before my beloved dog was due to be euthanised and clearly there was little time to spare. Jen hot footed it to the post office and sent the kits I needed to take prints moulds that day and sent them Special Delivery so they arrived with an hour to spare on the sad day. Jen then gave me time and space to make up my mind about exactly what items I would like to have made with the prints etc. as I hadn't had much time to think and was obviously grieving at that time. Once I'd decided she was very hands on with helping make sure she understood exactly what I wanted, which was all the more important as I didn't have any second chances as my boy had now gone. The end results are exactly as I specified and have been a great comfort to me ever since. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend Jen and her business Impressive Memories. Great service, great items and someone who can be trusted with your most precious items. She really does care, she is simply wonderful.

I would 100% go nowhere else other than Jen for such special gifts. I had my daughter's casts done when she was a baby and have had mini print jewellery done twice. Every time, Jen has made it as easy as possible to get an appointment or order. She's extremely helpful, has always given her opinion on what I want but ensured I have happy before committing to anything. We were looking for something special to capture the birth of our first child. We found Jen's website and thought this was something really different rather than photos. I can honestly say the result was absolutely fantastic. We had moulds of our daughters feet and hands made which captured how tiny she really was at only 4 weeks old. They are mounted on a frame in the living room and everyone is really taken by how smart the end product is never mind the cuteness factor! We had a small issue not long after with the frame but we think this was down to us possibly damaging it somehow, no fault with the product itself. We got in touch with Jen and she said to bring it up and she'll sort it. True to her word, a new frame was sourced and everything put back as it originally was. I can safely say that if we ever needed something like this again we'd have no hesitation in using Impressive memories. Jen is very stright forward to deal with and her products speak for themselves. Fantastic.

Jen was very informative when I approached her about casting my 2 girls. Our session was very relaxed in a lovely space at her house. Our finished product was so much more than I expected and I LOVE it. The time frame given for completion was accurate and the aftercare and customer service has been fab. I have recommended Impressive Memories to friends and family.

Jen done all our hand casts a few years ago and we returned to get our other daughter done too. Her work to detail us fab and a genuine lovely lady who welcomes you like a friend. I'll always go back and use Jen at Impressive Memories in the future xx

Impressive Memories, great experience and professional service from design to finished piece. Over the last couple of years we have had 4 pieces of jewellery made for friends and family which everyone has been delighted with. Two fingerprint necklaces, one doggie nose print and one baby hand print designed in different styles of jewellery. Amazing, so unique and personal. We have plans for another few pieces this year. Jen has helped me with so much over the last 7 years. Have have a charm each for all three of my children from all of her range. I have a fingerprint, hand print and foot print. She has done a charm bracelet for my mum changing the fittings on her charms to make it fit a bracelet. I lived it so much I changed my necklace to a charm bracelet too. Most recently she helped me with a very sensitive charm too. I lost my best friend to cancer at just 37 and she helped me do a unique charm where both our print are joined forever Can not fault anything about this lady, her work or her customer service

When my son was born I wanted something to treasure as he grows up and I found Jen at Impressive memories online. I had casts made of my sons hand and foot done and they are better than I ever imagined! My son was a bit upset and I was on edge and she made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I then decided to get my husband a gift for our wedding day, personalised cufflinks with my sons hand and footprint however I had left it a bit late for timing and Jen made sure they would be ready on time! Every time we meet, we end up chatting for ages and her studio is beautiful! I almost cried each time I received my items from her. I cannot thank her enough and urge people to have a look on her site! She is amazing at what she does, I can't wait to be back in her studio again one day!
