Dropped into lovely store in Taunton as it had some nice displays. Got some very useful help and advice from the staff and ordered some lamps and shades for delivery. Aftercare was really responsive when I needed some further advice and couldn’t be more helpful and patient. I’m very happy with the lamps quality and price and customer care was very good. Will definitely use again after this positive experience

A really good company to buy from. The goods came well packed - particularly important as my light had glass panels. The good thing is it uses standard fittings so I didn't need to purchase any additional items - it was all included in the packaging. The light now stands as our pride and joy outside our house.

Their choice of beautiful lamps is very wide. The ones we chose were even more beautiful than their photos. The site was easy to use. When the four arrived there was a blemish on one. It was replaced very quickly. All in all the experience of buying from here was excellent. They will be our first choice for lamps in the future.

We were very happy with the table lamp we ordered via the store, which arrived within 48 hours. However we would have liked the option to replace the lampshade, but unfortunately we learned too late that the fitment for the shade was not universal but specific to this lamp so we are unable to replace the shade. When we initially placed the order in the store the staff were pleasant and helpful.

I ordered a Laura Ashley lampshade from the lighting company not having ordered from them previously. I'm pleased to say it arrived very promptly with excellent delivery. I will certainly be ordering more from them in the future

Ordered a light, which unfortunately was delivered broken. Spoke to Emma who organised an immediate replacement. Received new light (which was better packed) . Very pleased with purchase - Great customer service
