Ancaster Nissan, great selection of cars, quick service, courteous staff. I was attended by sales executive Wasif. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, he will not rush you into things, he will explain whatever he can be it stock availability, customer feedback etc. He will not keep you waiting unnecessarily and very prompt. Entire staff is very welcoming and makes you feel special.

The 5 star review is completely is utterly for Sharon who works at the service department at this store. Since day one, Sharon has been there to take care of me, provided me with guidance and support on all of my car troubles and queries. I am not the best with cars and being a young female talking to mechanics and not understanding much of what needs doing is daunting as I normally am not sure if I am being taken advantage of (in other garages) and as single mum with low income balancing 10000 things at the same time, any little help works wonders which Sharon has done throughout. You can tell she takes pride in her job and is there to help and support clients. My car recently broke down and had some issues with the RAC, and with so much hassle and money spent pointlessly with other independent mechanics, I broke down into tears at work. When I called Nissan Croydon, the moment Sharon picked up the phone, I felt a big relief as know that all is in good hands now. Sharon, you are a massive asset to Ancaster Nissan, because it's not always about selling, it's also about taking care of those that have bought, which you have shown this. This is why I recommend Ancaster Nissan Croydon to others (a few have visited the store) and I hope that through me I can get more people buying where I can.

The sales team at Ancaster South Croydon was superb!!! very friendly, professional and efficient. Especial thanks to my sales assistant Edward for looking after me, this is the 4th car he has sold me, and It has always been a pleasure to come to him for help and guidance.

The sales guy was brilliant, and very helpful but their processes are poor. Despite arriving at 10.15am I was told there was no way I could drive away same day “because of the paperwork”. Dear reader, I was a cash buyer. Also the manager was only offering me a tiny discount (like a couple of % max) AND I would’ve had to have travelled back the next day to get the vehicle. Later same day I went to a different dealer at 4pm and by 5.15pm I had driven away my lovely new car, so it’s just wilful bureaucracy on Ancaster SC part that they won’t process a purchase quickly. I wouldn’t go there again.

Stephanie at reception was great. She explained everything that was going to happen and approximately how long it would take to complete the job and she was spot on in her prediction. She is an asset to Nissan South Croydon.

Nice showroom with a good range of new and used cars. We were shown around three models by John, who had sensible words of advice and easygoing manner. Would recommend.

Disappointing aftercare experience. The website lets you book pick up and drop off service, but they won’t actually do it, they just cancel your booking. Why offer a service on your website that you refuse to actually do?

Impeccable service & manor. Perfectly friendly, accommodating & respectfully listened to our pressing urgency of driving hol in 2 days & discussed nicely when dropping off the car. Issues resolved so fast work incredible communication. Very thankful & happy
