They have cookware and kitchenware that is off of an outstanding level of quality and design. They do try saving you money when comparing other leading brands on the market. They have an extensive ranges of cookware, knives, non-stick bakeware and roasting, kitchen and table accessories. These items are worth investing in, how many times have you had to cut a piece of meat through sheet grit rather than the knife being sharp

Love this shop! Always find what I need and more. From this shop I already bought a frying pan, which is really good and perfect size. Also amazing bamboo steamer, for healthy meal. Digital scales. Also bought set of good German knives and one Japanese chefs knife. Really good quality. Highly recommended!

I knew the brand only from online shopping before coming here. Being in the physical shop by chance allowed me to replace and upgrade some of my kitchen basics, the decision of which was just way simpler being there. The personnel was exceedingly friendly and ready to help. Big thumps up. Ultimately, Procook seems to have a good range of kitchenware, utensils, and gadgets, most of which also seemingly at decent prices. I don't know how to rate the durability yet. Personally, for higher ticket items, I'd like more choice and have strong specialist preferences. It seems most goods are own branded, while in various cases I can imagine people being after more specific items and products, which they may not sell.

Some good deals on knife sets. Good range, with some useful information on the labelling of products. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Wanted to buy an item the guy was very helpful saw what I wanted he put it behind the counter for me. When I went to pay for the item the guy was serving a lady who was trying to get something refunded this took ages in the end I just left as he was taking too long couldn't see any other staff members didn't bother going back must have waited over 10 minutes

Found dinner plates in the right colour manger was very helpful I thought that she hadn't given ne a receipt so she managed to get one after rummaging in the till computer. Got home found the receipt in the box of plates.
