Amazing! Reception staff were so warm and welcoming. I had a sports massage with Ruth, she was fantastic! Made me feel really at ease, the room was warm and cozy. The massage itself was the best! I asked her to focus on my upper back/ shoulders/ neck as that's where I hold my tension. I've not felt my muscles so relaxed in years!! She really got the knots out and Will definitely be going back and seeing her again!

Annie has been amazing. I was in so much pain with my hip and back, my doctor had sent me to A & E where they said I had a trapped nerve and gave me pain relief. Annie found the root of the problem was actually in my piriformis muscle (basically my bottom). From the first treatment I felt some relief. She sent me exercises to help and after 4 treatments all is well. I had a holiday looming with a long flight and was worried I wouldn’t make it. Thank you so much to your friendly staff on reception and of course the amazing Annie. Not being able to sleep with the pain was unbearable and I’m so thankful! I’m so pleased I found Cityway and I will definitely be using in the future when needed as my first port of call.

She spent time explaining and showing me how to complete my activities provided. I had acupuncture for the first time and massage. After using a different Physio for 6 months and not making any great recovery I was referred here. In 4 weeks Oliver has helped my injury come on so much! Excellently explained and demonstrated treatment plan has led to a massive improvement. The very modern and knowledgeable approach to Physio he uses has really helped. I will not hesitate to use again if I get any further injuries.

I have been a very nervous patient but from my first visit I was made to feel comfortable. I'm nearly 50 and had many people try n crack my neck, it's never worked... I was shocked at how amazing he was n how much I got from the last two seasons. Such a beautiful soul n you get his vibe straight away. Professional reception staff polite and a very welcoming. Alice the physiotherapist was very understanding of my condition,shoulder pain .She spent time explaining and gave me some exercises to do,to improve shoulder strength. Gave me a massage at the exact point where i have the injury.Very helpfull Thank you

My first visit to city way Health where I met Lewis who really seemed to listen and explain very well. I feel like the first positive steps in my relief were taken today. I don't know what the future holds in terms of successful treatment but I felt very reassured by Lewis and believe I'm in the best hands after my visit today. I wish everywhere had people like this. The NHS needs more places like this.
