Kate is amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always have thorough and honest consultations about what is achievable and how. Has the clients best interests at heart always. I have had cheek and chin filler which helped put definition back in my face. Also had some amazing skin replenishing treatments. All the staff are friendly and professional. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I can highly recommend La Ross. Kate and her team are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I've had a course of redensity 1 and currently in the process of having my lips corrected. In between dissolve and refill phase. The customer service is exceptional, all treatments are followed up by either email or telephone call, they are always there if you have any concerns. You are in safe hands!

I visited the La Ross Clinic to have my lip filler dissolved as it had badly migrated. From the moment I booked online the team have been nothing but professional, caring and reassuring! I first had a patch test and then visited the clinic a few weeks later for the procedure. Kate really knows her stuff and I felt in totally safe hands. She finally removed all the migrated filler that I thought was there forever! I am so happy with the end results and the swelling and bruising hasn’t even been bad! I had the numbing agent added to the dissolving solution and is definitely isn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be! After the procedure was complete, a lovely member of staff made me tea and biscuits and Kate handed me a discharge form and said ‘if for any reason I have concerns just call me’ I am so impressed. You can see kate and her staff truly enjoy their jobs! Thank you for fixing me and I can’t wait to finally get new filler and have perfect lips again!

I've visited La Ross quite a few times over the past couple of years for various things, such as anti-aging treatments, different facials, skin analysis, all treatments have always been absolutely perfect, can't fault them, patient care and consideration is at the forefront of everything. Professionalism and customer service is second to none. All the La Ross ladies are fantastic, so warm and welcoming, what they don't know isn't worth knowing. I would happily recommend them over any Harley Street/London Clinic. My latest visit was with SPMU Artist Leeann, I had my eyebrows microbladed, lips and eyeliner tattooed. Leeann has done a wonderful job, I'm over the moon with all three, perfect shape and colour, couldn't believe how pain free it is to have the eyeliner and lips tattooed! If I had known I would have had them done much sooner! Leeann has a brilliant eye for detail and gets those finer details just perfect. I would absolutely recommend La Ross over and over again. Customer service is amazing! They corrected bad tear trough filler I had done previously elsewhere. Kate and Ellie are so well informed and friendly. I will definitely be sticking to La Ross going forward.

I first came to la Ross aesthetics to get tear trough filler as I was massively insecure about my dark circles and how hollow my under eyes looked. The whole procedure was professional throughout. Kate made me feel comfortable and kept talking me through the process as I was a little nervous where it was my first aesthetic procedure. I honestly cannot thank kate enough for the results, they were literally instant and I felt so much more confident already. A year later and my results are still the same, the filler has held so well and you would never know I’ve had work done. I’ve been back to the clinic for several other treatments and every time I’ve felt welcomed and the service has been professional. I honestly cannot recommend la Ross aesthetics enough.
