My wife has had a fantastic experience and service over 2 visits made special by Adelle and Jodie. She left the shop feeling on top of the world and knowing she had that special outfit for the marriage of our Son. So grateful to Tracy at the Cardiff branch for helping me and my mam find outfits for the Royal Garden party. After numerous shops and trying many dresses I was ready to give up but thankfully Tracy salvaged the shopping trip. She was like our fairy god mother, making us feel special, was very patient and found the perfect dresses for both of us. I hate shopping at the best of times but Tracy actually made it enjoyable.

Last week my order from Queen B was mislaid by the courier and not delivered the next day. I contacted Queen B and Paul went to extraordinary lengths to make sure that it was located and sent out by special delivery to me. None of this was Queen B’s fault , but the service I received to put the courier company’s mistake right was exceptional. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just want to say the service my mother received at your boutique this morning was amazing, such friendly staff so helpful. They made sure that my mum was made to feel so special and she came away with a beautiful dress, bag , shoes and fascinating. I went to Queen B today to purchase an outfit for my cousin's wedding. I drive a long way and had called ahead to make sure the dresses I was interested in were there and in my size. Tara spoke to me on the phone and was very helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by 2 very lovely ladies Tara and another lady from Taunton. They were so helpful, kind and incredibly patient with me. I was so nervous as I had lost a huge amount of weight and for the first time could fit into small sizes. Tara was simply amazing!. I spent way to much on an outfit as the one I wanted and went there for in the sale just lacked something, but I tried on a beautiful dress and hat and nearly cried when I saw it. Thank you ladies for your amazing advice, patience and understanding you really made me feel special and a million dollars. Worth every penny. 10/10

I booked a styling appointment at Penarth for myself to try outfits for my daughter's wedding. Adelle was absolutely great - friendly, professional, listened and quickly zoned in on what I was feeling as I tried on the different garments. I had a fair idea of what I wanted, Adelle refined it a bit and I'm delighted to say that she found my complete ensemble for me - including hat,bag and shoes - with absolutely no pressure to buy (but I did anyway!)
