A great experience, thanks to these massages my recovery time after tummy tuck and liposuction is much easier and more pleasant. After each visit I feel relaxed and much less swollen. Jackie and Natalie are very professional but at the same time create a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a studio specializing in post-operative lymphatic massages.

I’m halfway through my lymph drainage massage course and I’ve loved the experience so far! Natalie is professional and caring concentrating on the specific areas I requested. I struggle with anxiety particularly in the winter months and starting my course with Natalie has made me feel so much better. More energy and a much more positive outlook. She has always been on hand to provide advice, be that throughout my sessions or when I have thought/worried about something when back home. I had the lymphatic draining facial with Natalie recently which was so so nice. I found it easy to book the treatment with great communication from Natalie telling me all the info I needed prior to my appt. Natalie was very friendly & welcoming & great at what she does. The treatment itself was extremely relaxing & just what I needed. I’m looking forward to returning for my full body treatment.

Jackie is just an absolute gem at simply contoured aesthetics! She is so kind and understanding especially when I was so fresh out out surgery!
