Waited half an hour for this chicken fillet burger that fell apart. I tried eating it with a fork but it broke when I tried cutting the chicken. You also sit in a greenhouse and wait 20 mins for your food and you have to clean your table!

We ventured here on a recommendation, and while it was decent enough, that's all it was. I've given three stars as by Google maps definition that's "it's ok" and that's exactly what my thoughts were. Nothing to complain about but nothing great either. Portion sizes for fish and chips (or fish supper as sold here) were just ok, every bit polished off by both adults and children in my party. The fish bites portion was pretty decent. Chips were similar to oven chips and the batter was dry and crispy. This might be a matter of taste and some might love it. Personally I have had better and worse in the world of fish and chips. I waited around 5 minutes to order and a further 15-20 to collect. Salt, vinegar, tomato sauce sachets and plastic cutlery were all free which was good.

Autumn visit to mortons whilst having a chilled day touring the causeway coast. Just like previous visits the fish and chips were delicious cooked to order. We visited just after it opened at 1230 and took advantage of the covered seating area to enjoy our tasty lunch.

£8 for scampi and a scoop of chips. Absolutely disgusting. Scampi was like mush in batter and the chips were not fresh. It was Tuesday the last day of the lamas fair so they could have made more of an effort. Will define not be back. I ate here a while ago and it was lovely!!!!! What happened 😕

Some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. Had a Cod Supper. Tasty, not excessively greasy, unctious batter, chips nicely browned. Order from the booth. Told it was a 25-minute wait but was about 15 minutes maximum. Eat in the sit-in area or sit by the harbour looking out which we did. Feels like a real seaside experience.

This place has won awards for its seafood and I can see why! During the summer there will usually be a long line of people waiting from opening until close, but I found the length of time to wait was pretty standard. Probably waited about 15 minutes from order until I was walking away with a bag full of fish suppers. Staff appeared to be working efficiently and there was a jovial atmosphere; even though they were busy, there was still time for them to greet me like I was their first customer as opposed to maybe being the hundredth that day! The food was delicious, not greasy at all despite being fried. Chips were good; portion sizes were plenty big. Kids enjoyed their meals too, again adequately sized; definitely don't be ordering an adult portion for anyone under 16 😂 Took out meals down to the beach to eat them. Perfect, quiet little place. I'll be ordering again next time I'm in Ballycastle 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I was not disappointed, the fish and chips are absolutely delicious, very generous portions, the fish is of very good quality, the batter perfect! The chips are amazing! I highly recommend Morton's Fish and Chips!
