I
have
a
long
history
of
mental
"issues"
and
have
had
support
from
the
NHS
over
the
years.
With
current
problems
facing
the
NHS
I
understand
services
are
limited
but
after
seeking
support
for
many
months
and
with
nothing
else
available,
I
recently
had
a
phone
"assessment"
by
IAPT
which
was
incomplete.
I
was
told
I
needed
another
assessment
call
but
following
in
internal
meeting
it
was
decided
that
wouldn't
happen
and
no
support
was
available
to
me.
My
GP
can
only
keep
giving
me
antidepressants
which
aren't
actually
affective
for
my
disorder
but
are
meant
to
address
the
depression
and
anxiety
it
causes.
I
feel
hopeless
and
helpless
and
IAPT
wouldn't
even
assess
me
properly
with
a
competent,
experienced
staff
member.
