    Very disappointed with (lack of) customer service. We called in as we had previously bought 2 cars when it was Haddock’s and received great service and made to feel valued. However this time we waited around 15 minutes and no one acknowledged we were there. We didn’t have an appointment and all staff were busy with customers- not a problem, but one sales person walked past us 3 times without even saying hello, or sorry to keep you… even if he had said they were too busy and taken a phone number , but no, we were totally ignored. Needless to say we left and will not be returning.

    These guys know what they are doing. What can I say. Here is my perfect car. Because of my disability i needed a car that i can move from the driving seat to standing position and this car does that. Plus I didn't have to even tell these guys what I needed. They found me a car that suited my needs within 4 weeks. I was very lucky. They kept in touch with me every 3-5 days giving me updates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Endeavour and all the team here as they are now a pushy sales team. You can buy in a relaxed environment. I feel I have friends for life. Thank you guys

    The car it's self is faulty, SAT NAV and SOFTWARE!! It has been in for services twice and issues still not fixed! The treatment and service I've received is terrible and wrong on every level of customer service DO NOT LEASE a car with them, there agreement changed as they lie about what's included in there leasing agreement at the start just to get your money and the sale. Will be reporting my experience to trading standards and sharing my experience on social media with friends and family WARNING THEM not to lease with hyandia. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY

    I recently had an exceptional experience at the Hyundai dealership, thanks to the outstanding service provided by one of their young salespersons. From the moment I walked in, her friendly and professional demeanor immediately set a welcoming tone. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and took the time to patiently guide me through the various options, going above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect fit. Her dedication and expertise made the car-buying process not just smooth but truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, especially for their exceptional staff who make the experience exceptional.

    We ordered our car in January and we were kept updated on a regular basis. We picked our car up yesterday and I must say we got great service from Andy King. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this garage.All the staff are very friendly and of course our new car is fab!

    Recently purchased a 2021 Tuscon from Endeavour. Very impressed with the sales person (Selby) we dealt with and we are very happy with the car so far. The only reason I have knocked off a star is because I hate being asked (not pressured) into having GAP insurance, tyre insurance etc. Easy to see how people would be led into parting with another £2k on top of a car they had a agreed a price on. Also, and only a small note, we were offered an extended warranty for extra cost when we had already agreed a price based on a two year PCP deal - not sure why would I want to pay for extended warranty to go over two years when the manufacturer warranty covered it. But overall, very impressed and would buy another car from Selby.

    Disappointed, first time used, have owned Hyundai for 30 years and always been happy with service provided. This morning while in the waiting room with my 10 year old waiting gor my Tucson to be serviced, the language was extremely colourful to say the least from the lads in the sales department. Not professional at all and not what I expect from a car dealership. I won't be using you again.
