Beautiful well maintained house in a quiet setting but well placed as not far from beaches and the sea. Everything provided, even slow cookers. Well equipped and comfortable. The showers are amazing, and we loved being able to sit together in the dining room. Two gripes; too many cushions and too many rugs with turned up edges. After being so careful on the last night my Dad tripped over one and fell, badly grazing his elbow. Suggestion; the baths the showers are over have very high sides, it would be useful to have a step that can be placed against the bath to help getting in and out.

Wonderful place to spend time with just your other half or the whole family. Beautifully furnished cottages, so comfortable and welcoming. The Granary has a huge play room to keep all the energetic people happy and a wonderful balcony overlooking a burn and a wooded valley - perfect for chilling out in the sunshine. The cottages are set in unspoilt countryside, perfect for peaceful walks and good beaches are only minutes away. Can't imagine anywhere more perfect to stay!

We’ve been coming here as a family for several years now. The house is perfectly kept and the welcome basket very generous. There’s a great walk around the farm and the play facilities are great for a private house.

Brunton House has been beautifully decorated and is a fantastic property for a group. The rooms are all extremely comfortable, the kitchens are a pleasure to use and equipped with all you need and the media room, games room and lounges are lovely to relax in. There's also a great outdoor area and playground for kids. We have stayed there twice now and will be back again! Communication with the property manager is also excellent and prompt.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay, with lots of lovely beaches & castles nearby, then look no further. These comfy cottages are a real treat. Spotlessly clean & brilliant comfy beds. Situated in a quiet spot with views of the countryside from the patio where there’s plenty of wildlife to watch. Walks direct from the cottages around the estate are plenty with the Rocking Horse cafe a must when you visit. Enjoy the peace & quiet and just breathe…ahhhh

This is the third time we have stayed at the cottages.Quiet location but within easy distance of beaches and sites of interest. The accommodation is beautiful & tastefully curated. The welcome basket is really good & locally sourced. We would highly recommend staying here and no doubt will return again Thank you

we had a wonderful family Christmas in the lovely Brunton House and our overflow was in Stable Cottage! Superb and comfortable accommodation in both properties. Chris and the team had thought of everything and the house and cottage were tastefully decorated with Christmas trees and evergreen arrangements. 20 family members from Australia, Germany, London, York and Morpeth had a very special Christmas. Thankyou.
