Excellent place for a break with a lovely setting and good facilities for children. We glamped with a dog. Our tent was wonky and we found a rip on the side which should have been spotted by housekeeping. Reception were good and tried to change our accommodation but there were no pet friendly tents available. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the extra person On the plus side the tent was well-equipped and situated close to the shower block. This was warm clean and had plenty of facilities. Overall though it was good value and the kids had a marvelous time!

My recent 3-night holiday at Parkdean Resorts on the Isle of Wight was an absolute delight. Being a loyal and regular customer who has explored various Parkdean Resorts across the country, I can confidently say that this stay lived up to the high standards I've come to expect. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also impeccably maintained. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding assistance from the maintenance team, specifically Dave and Paul. When our car unexpectedly broke down, they went above and beyond to help us out, ensuring our vacation wasn't marred by the inconvenience. With their support and the picturesque location, our stay was nothing short of magical. I have no hesitation in awarding this Parkdean Resorts location a well-deserved 5-star rating. I look forward to more memorable adventures with Parkdean Resorts!

Safari tents not gully sticked and needed minor repairs. Very good price for September though Pool indoors rubbish but sister park Pool good but they close slide part of time. Playground quire good for primary school children Sadly they charge for extra children's stuff Sadly the children's entertainment is 5.45pm and most of the time.we were getting back or eating then with our 4 year old. He did enjoy the one might we got there

As far a holiday place go this is lovely, very clean and well kept. When we arrived our static caravan was clean and ready for us. There is a swimming pool (this is a nightmare to get booked for a swim) I would say this is the only issue. The play park is great offering a basket ball and football court as well.

As location goes its perfectly placed to travel around the IOW and close to the beach. Swimming pool is comically small, but there is another on the adjacent site. Caravan was not clean at all, seats smelt and the floors stained. I didn't feel at home or comfortable, wouldn't book again.

The caravan was a nice extra wide windmill version. Not as spacious as they make out and very expensive for what it is. Supposed to be a 6 berth but I Think any more than two adults wouldn't work. We did laugh a lot though. The park is big and well equipped for children. Nothing for just adults even the night entertainment is all around kids. It would be nice to have had more adult entertainment after 9 or 10pm. We went out a lot in the evening due to this.

Changed location to lower Hyde after 20 years at whitecliff Bay. We arrived late as we had informed so reception was closed. After a little bit of confusion, we had our accommodation, which was a free complimentary upgrade. The caravan was so much better than we expected. A quiet area, plenty of space on our balcony. The park was well kept, entertainment was good and a well priced bar. We hope to return.

I have stayed here three times over the years and finally brought my own lodge here last year, so yes I do like it
