Plenty of parking, easy to order and pay with automated key pad, went to collection point and order was ready.Great

Not happy with Argos at all. When I was placing the order it said that all items would be available at this store. When I arrived today they told me that half of my order will be ready next week. It is just another way to get customer tie in. Next time I won't be spending hundreds of pounds in Argos! Staff was however polite and willing to help...

Very poor customer service …. Manager ( middle-agedish and bleached hair)very hostile and abrupt same person service me 2hrs earlier purchased an item that was found not suitable … too tall but they would not issue a refund even tho I had a receipt for the item, it Was like new ,unused as only clingfilm wrapping was slightly damaged on item but as it had to be removed to judge height they would not return … 30day Refund is a joke and manger very unhelpful and makes her own rules up, no idea how to deal with customers. Bad customer service. I now know why people prefer to shop with Amazon.

Really helpful staff, great location Argos

The female staff member who is short, middle aged with short brown hair is very rude and not the least bit helpful and shouts at you across the shop! No manners! I suggested you offer her training for customer service as she currently has no skills in that area. I’ve just cancelled £250 worth of Xmas purchases from you and will now buy on Amazon instead.

The only way basically to search for items is to be 4 ft tall to use those silly little screens. Update Oct 2022 . Nadia , rudest colleague I have ever experienced. Complaint raised to ceo . And awarded 45 pound as a apology however

Doesn't carry as much stock as some of nearby stores in Swansea for example, but if you order early enough in the day they will transfer stock to this store for collection by 4pm. On that basis, this store is very useful. Free parking is also shared with three other shops in the retail park.

No queue, friendly staff, ample parking.
