🫤 Modern equipment in the gym, that sort of links to the app. Pool is small and gets busy. Also too shallow at the shallow end. Major gripe is parking during the week. Local school uses the LC car park as an overflow so it is invariably full. Many times I have left because I could not park. People often mention equipment, floor,

I’ve been using this gym now for about eight months, right through its restoration. The result is a fantastic improvement of old. All equipment is new and good quality. Perfect if you like your resistance and cardio equipment. It’s great kit! I have only two gripes. One of which could probably be rectified easily and the other is probably a result of lacking space. 1. There’s very little floor space for any form of stretching or cross fit setup. Where there is a rack of floor mats and floor workout equipment, there is only space for one person (two at a close push - you’d be friends) to actually perform a floor workout. 2. The free weights equipment is brilliant. BUT, there are THREE bench press stations, which sadly can’t all be used at the same time. If someone is at each station, it isn’t possible to all be bench pressing or dead lifting. I’d suggest removing one of these stations and perhaps even creating a little extra floor space for floor activities. On the whole, it’s now clean, bright, friendly and most of the (all new) equipment you could want. Especially good value for money too.

Pool changing rooms are cramped, dilapidated, dirty and cold. Staff really rude and unhelpful. The whole place has a depressing atmosphere, Go to Monmouth instead.

I was visiting and went for a swim but forgot my watch in the changing rooms. After calling up they were super helpful in dealing with returning it to me back in England, so thank you so much for that! Top customer service 😁

Nice little gym. Been going here a year now. Friendly staff. Only downfall now and again can be parking with the new school being built.

Changing rooms and squash courts could do with a bit of a refurbishment
