    I attended Kathy’s prenatal and post natal (phase 1 and 2) Pilates classes. I found the information provided and the exercises at the classes very useful in helping with a smooth pregnancy, quick birth and full recovery post natal. I would definitely recommend these classes to all pregnant and post natal ladies.

    I really enjoyed this class. I have hip pain during pregnancy and I can feel a difference doing the stretches and exercises, the pain is barely there. I didng make it to a couple of classes but everyone of the classes I did go to were so informative and fun. I really looked forward to going and felt great afterwards. The fact that it specifically for pregnancy gives me peace of mind that everything we do is safe and Mary Angela was amazing, she made sure every single one of us were doing the stretches/exercises correctly. I will be booking in for a second block.

    I have really enjoyed going to MUP throughout my pregnancy, it isn't only a great way to keep moving its also really educational and the girls are amazing at giving advice on all aspects of pregnancy, birth and post natal care. I attended Mary Angela's classes and loved the mix of intensity and relaxation. I also saw the lovely Amy in clinic and she resolved any niggles or issues I was having at the time. All te staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Looking forward to my post partum chapter at the studio.

    I received brilliant, tailored treatment and advice from the lovely girls at the mummy physios when I had a few niggles after childbirth and recently I have joined their great ‘core strength conditioning’ online classes and have found them excellent too. There is a real focus on achieving good form, building strength and taking good all-round care of yourself which I have found really refreshing and much better (for me anyway) than any programme with a “weight loss” goal or similar. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    Started the online CSC classes a year ago and love them. The workouts are only 30 minutes and can be done at any time which suit around a busy family life. I Have also attended their in-house Pilates classes since 2017 which are also fantastic. Kathy & Mary Angela are always there to guide and support you and the classes can be adapted to suit all abilities. The girls go above and beyond for all their clients and are very good at what what they do. Highly recommended.

    The Mummy Physios are a God send, I highly recommend that every woman should have their All About Mum check up after child birth. I attended this as well as 2 blocks of phase one pilates, then onto postnatal progressers and then onto intermediate pilates. I truly appreciate all the help and guidance given to me through my clinic appointments with Mary Angela and also the classes with Cathy Dodds aswell. I feel so much stronger than when I started out. I cannot thank Mary Angela enough for her extensive knowledge, guidance and support throughout my healing journey.

    Recently went to a taster session and really enjoyed it. The class was at a nice pace and I was made to feel comfortable starting out as a beginner. Looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend.

    I attended 2 x blocks of pregnancy pilates and the powerful birth prep & beyond workshop with the Mummy Physios. I can't recommend the girls enough. Mary Angela was a fountain of knowledge, tips and advice which all helped me carry my beautiful twin boys to 36 + weeks. I look forward to beginning my post natal recovery with the Mummy Physios.

    Fantastic place to practice Pilates. I have attended a lot of classes over the years and am currently in a mixed class. The attention to the needs and different levels of each person is so appreciated and I have learned a lot over the last couple of months as Cathy is fantastic.

    I’ve attended Kathy’s Beginner Pilates on a Thursday evening for the past 10 months. Her classes are paced at an appropriate level, all exercises are demonstrated and explained carefully, there are different exercises each week, so it’s never boring. I’ve really enjoyed them and look forward to attending in the future.
