Patrick, Steve and Will were really helpful when we bought my son’s new Trek. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable and really looked after us. Highly recommended and would definitely shop there again.

Great service from Blazing bikes, Will & Steve, 3rd purchase from blazing bikes since Jan 2021, 3rd trek ebike between myself and step dad, from ordering to receiving less than 1 week later, personally delivered to run through the bike. Little touches like setting up shocks for riders weight before they send it out isn't what big franchise companies tend to do. These guys are so good!! Seriously go above and beyond. Personally delivered my bike when to the highlands. Sorted me out with a few different requests no issues at all. Kept on touch the whole time. Absolutely brilliant service from all 3 of the lads i dealt with. Patrick on initially being at the shop, Will later in selling me the bike and Steve the logisitics guy who brought it. Comms were exceptional, quick replies, honest replies and just simply exactly what you want from a bike dealer.

Dave and all the team were super helpful from the start. Built up a bike so that my son could compare sizes to make a choice for buying the new Trek Slash 8 Gen 6. Even offered to stay back late in case we were delayed for collection, thankfully we were not. Thanks to all involved. Heartily recommend this shop.

Went into the shop on two occasions last month and asked for a quote for two bikes. One for me and one for my son. Handed my contact details. No reply after a few days on the first occasion. Went back about a week later, couldn't remember/completely forgot and did not have my details at hand esp having a 10 minute discussion about the two bikes that I was interested in. Ok, asked again to provide a quote. Still nothing to this day.. I feel unless you are going in to the shop to purchase a bike there and then they are not interested in your custom at all. I am local and was looking to spend a considerable amount of money. Shame really as I am a real supporter of supporting local businesses. Now bought the two of bikes from other bike retailers.
