The Santa’s grotto near on ruined Christmas for my son. Santas beard was half on his face, i wouldn’t mind if it didn’t cost a fortune for the photos and to see him for the two kids. We were let in late and rushed out after less then 5 minutes. One of the girls interrupted the conversation with a loud and abrupt. “can we take a photo now” mid conversation. Once my son sat down he realised Santas beard was half on. When we left we had to explain why Santa laughed as hahaha instead of ho ho ho, why he has got a fake beard. We was given two cheap poor quality toys as well. Left completely disappointed. Photos were terrible quality as well. £55 completely wasted. Had to tell our child that wasn’t the real Santa and take him to someone decent. What id recommend is : 1. Offer digital copies with any single purchase and not say only if you spend £25. It’s a con and money trap, not going to get you many recommendations just people say how expensive it was. 2. Improve your image quality. 3. Hire a better Santa actor who is able to build rapport with children and tell a story or something as opposed to sit there in awkward silence 4. Train your staff to be more child focused and less focused on having a laugh out the back. 5. Buy a better quality beard/ check Santa before letting the next lot in to make sure everything is on properly. 6. Better quality toys not cheap Chinese stuff. 7. Maybe when people book have them fill in a survey where it asks the child’s names/ what they want for Christmas or something so Santa can say hello “name and name” straight away and give the children a sense of Christmas magic. Your poor quality and need to milk as much money as possible from this sham of a grotto has left my son sad and confused all weekend since he saw you.

Natalie and the Back Garden Bubbles team have been AWESOME! I would highly recommend them all. I opted for a hot tub with gazebo and fairy lights for 10 days for our summer holiday staycation. Everything was delivered on time, installed and filled super quickly - the team even brought me a long hose and connector for my kitchen tap to fill it with hot water so it could be used as quickly as possible. We had loads of fun watching movies and chilling with friends - absolutely loved it! And a bargain price! Then today it was disassembled and taken away super efficiently. Excellent team, thank you all so much.

We took our little boy to Santa’s grotto today at Moonacre hosted by Back Garden Bubbles. They welcomed us so warmly and the whole experience was just so fantastic. Would highly recommend for a festive treat for the family! 10/10

Hired a hot tub for a long weekend at a rented beach house in West Wittering where I was staying with a few friends. Hot tub was delivered, set up and connected to hot tap at the time we requested so we could use it within a matter of 2/3 hours. It was perfect after a swim in a September sea! Only negative was that it lost temperature quite quickly but it was probably time to get out by then anyway. The hot tub definitely made the holiday for us and it was an amazing price too. We shall definitely be using Back Garden Bubbles again.

Used this company for my sons birthday. There were a few changes because of the weather but the company were extremely professional and helpful. We had to change dates a couple of times but they were so helpful and responsive to texts. I couldn’t believe how amazing the set up was. One night it rained heavy but we were dry and warm in the gazebo. Then when they had to take it all back, I came home from work, and it was gone! As if it were magic!. I’d definitely say it was value for money we had a blast with the hot-tub: can’t wait to hire again. Thank you Ladies! X

Really poor service. We hired a hot tub for 4 days and filled the hot tub with water as soon as it was setup. We were told to check the chemical levels each day, but no chemicals were left if anything was incorrect. Later than evening we realised a pipe had come disconnected from the hot tub and the water had all emptied out. We reattached the pipe and had to refill it, and begin the ‘heating up’ process again. In total, it took around 36 hours before getting to 40 degrees. Dropped temperature very quickly, we used the hot tub for 45 mins and the temperature had dropped back down to 32 degrees. Gained a temperature an hour with the cover back on. Throughout the 4 days, we were only able to use the hot tub 3 times, for around 30-45 mins each time. After informing the company of the tube coming loose, they have pretty much ignored me entirely. We’ve hired hot tubs in the past from other suppliers with a far better experience.

Absolutely Terrible experience!! Ruined the magic of Christmas for my young family … pre booked in November ! for hopefully a magical day out with Santa…. , turned up as expected and they was closed we had to take our children down a dark gloomy alley we was knocked on a shutter door to no reply… and had to explain to my children and to 3 other families that had booked That Santa was not coming!! We was totally heartbroken more my child. Everyone was so confused a lovely lady came down from the shop to explain your a separate company and they’re not overly happy with you or the situation and she looked totally gutted for us all. My partner phoned them and they did not care the lady sounded like she was shocked and not fully with it .. We have messaged you guys and now you’re ignoring our msgs !! disgusting humans ! You will hear from us in due cause this is not the last of this. No excuses can be made you don’t mess with children and the magic of Santa totally disgusting and bang out of order….. thanks for messing my children’s Xmas !!!

Hired for a 60th birthday party on a chilly November weekend! Everyone said what great fun it was! Delivery, installation and pick up was very well organised. Really good value for money (especially as we ended up having it delivered a day early, free of charge)!! Was a lovely treat and will definitely hire again!
