Best place to climb in dorset by far!! The atmosphere is always chilled and friendly. If you're a new climber (like me) people there are always happy to explain how to do something if you're not sure. The owners are lovely; you can tell they make an effort to remember everyone's names, which makes you feel very welcome. They kindly ordered in some shoes for me as didn't have my size and even let me try them out for a session before buying them. If you're thinking about starting climbing, this is the place to go!

Looks dingy from the outside, but the climbing class for under 7s was excellently done and very engaging. We just dropped in while on holiday, but I can see why you'd want to be a regular.

My daughter had her 10th birthday celebration here. A group of 7 children. Will was brilliant with them. Fun, engaging and great exercise! Mel provided a gorgeous vegan spread for their party food afterwards, including home made cup-cakes. Thoroughly recommend!

Well week two for my 6 year old daughter who is normally very anxious when it comes to group sessions. This however is different. Straight away the instructors learn the names and remember the following week. They challenge the kids at the level they are at and support them with encouragement and fun. Great place and my daughter is signing up for the club which is great.

I attended the outdoor climbing and bouldering half day course and highly recommend it - suitable for all levels. learnt a lot of new skills through this course and was challenged all whilst in a safe environment. Great to climb with a group of brilliant people who all support each other to develop their skills. Bargain price for the experience you get.

An excellent little bouldering centre in an area without much else. Will was exceptionally friendly. Lots of choice of routes, although as a relatively new climber it would have been helpful to have had the grade tags more clearly displayed. I will certainly be returning.

Really nice compact bouldering and training centre. Limited wall space but some good setting, and there's a good gym, woody and board setup marking this out as the key local place to train hard. Friendly welcome when I arrived and the food looked nice too. Plenty of parking nearby.

Holidaying in Dorset, I thought I’d do something different with my school age son. Neither of us have rock climbed/bouldered before. I wasn’t sure if he’d like it. We had an hours session, and the instructor was super friendly, confident building and encouraging. My son really enjoyed it, and I did too! We’re definitely take it up when we go home. And will visit again!
