Returned to Denbigh store today 3 times to exchange boots and was served each time by a lady called ‘Em’ . Absolute credit to the store , so helpful not just in serving but went out of her way and more to help me and was so polite each time , though I new I was being a pain she made me feel as though I was priority. 👏 I’ll return to the store no doubt in future . Quick friendly service. Had floor leveling compound that other branches didn't. In a small business park with Aldi, a garden center and a pet supplies place. Plenty of parking

Screwfix is situated on land that was once Denbigh's railway station. The newly developed retail centre enjoys easy access, fantastic parking, and the stores here are not unpleasant on the eye. Screwfix is well situated to serve the Vale of Clwyd and options for click and collect make the Denbigh outlet a winner.

Great friendly staff and plenty of the day to day items in stock usually. Although frustratingly not all of the regular electrical items in stock nor available next day quite often. This is why I don't use Screwfix more often. As a whole though as I say good store with friendly staff.
