Visited this store on many occasions and it is very poorly run. Shelves (cold and hot) often empty at around 11am, breakfast items have normally run out by 10am, prices here are more than in other greggs, a sausage roll is £1.40 and £1.15 at other branches, all other food items are at least 20% more than in town centre locations , not good enough greggs

As a Greggs lover we where somewhat disappointed with the levels of service and quality at this Greggs premises to be honest it was total rubbish all the sausage rolls where gone at 11am and what they did have was cold not the best I wouldn't recommend this Greggs 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Young girl serving today at around 12:15, wasn't wearing a name badge, so couldn't tell you her name. Didn't say hello, didn't smile, didn't say please or thank you and could not even look us in the eyes. Think she needs some training from the staff at your Greggs branch in Lye because their customer service is second to none.

This franchise needs looking at....it gives greggs a bad name. They are always out of product..... haven't had white sugar for weeks. The staff tell you to take white sugar from the Starbucks stand in the asda!! Would give it zero stars if it were possible. I keep coming back hoping things will improve as it's so convenient.....but it just keeps getting worse

Cold food only, no card machine and couldn't be arsed attitude from staff. Will not be going again to this Greggs.

Unfortunately this Gregg’s seems to have gone downhill since opening, They never have anything on the shelves & aren’t interested in serving customers.
