I
wanted
a
folding
outdoor
chair
based
on
the
weight,
it
was
for
my
wife
and
she
wanted
the
lightest,
easy
to
carry
we
could
find.
Robert
Dyas
advertised
one
on
the
website
as
1.7kg.
Bought
click
and
collect
and
drove
into
the
town
centre,
paid
parking
and
parked
up,
walked
in
and
picked
it
up.
Went
home,
gave
it
to
my
wife
who
thought
it
was
heavier
than
she
expected,
checked
the
label
to
discover
it
was
2.45kg
on
the
label
?
Tried
to
phone
Customer
Services
but
they
had
closed
for
the
day,
phoned
the
store
who
advised
me
I
would
have
to
bring
it
back
to
the
store
with
the
appropriate
payment
card
to
receive
credit.
So
I
wasted
another
hour
doing
just
that.
I
had
forgotten
I
had
chosen
the
option
of
a
call
back
with
Customer
Services.
Monday
they
call
me
back,
and
when
I
explain
the
situation
to
them
they
advise
they
would
have
collected
it
from
me
free
of
charge
if
the
problem
was
with
the
product
or
the
description.
I,
of
course,
then
advise
they
should
communicate
that
to
the
store
staff
who
told
me
I
had
to
return
it
to
the
store.
They
have
at
least,
changed
the
description
on
the
website.
Not
impressed.
Maybe
it’s
just
the
store
staff
in
Eastbourne
not
conscientious
enough
–
when
I
returned
it
I
expected
an
apology
but
the
guy
who
dealt
with
me
treated
me
like
an
inconvenience.
Not
a
mistake
I
will
repeat.
I
will
avoid
Robert
Dyas.
I
went
down
the
street
and
bought
one
from
helpful
staff
at
Blacks
which
was
lighter
and
41%
cheaper.
