Super friendly service and an overall lovely experience. Sophie is great for both cut and colour. Good value and relaxing atmosphere especially when having a shampoo and head massage, I almost fell asleep :)

Not only is this a fabulous salon to visit. The gentle tranquility is like a therapy in itself + the atmosphere is really welcoming. Gary’s my stylist + he’s not only a very nice person, he conducts every aspect himself which I love. My hair is the best it’s been for at least a decade + he cuts to perfection. It's always a bit nerve-wracking moving to a new place and finding a new hairdresser but, per other reviews, Gary and the team were absolutely superb. The salon has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere, the products are cruelty-free, and you are made to feel really special. I'm over the moon with my highlights and cut, my hair is looking healthier than it has done in months, and I can't recommend The Grove Experience highly enough.

This is a friendly salon . The staff listen to what I wanted and also made great suggestions around style. They are patient, well trained and skillful professionals. I am now a very happy regular customer.

100 % thoroughly enjoyed my visit to The Grove Experience...Kiki greated me and we chatted about the cut I wanted..followed into lovely subdued area for hair wash...gorgeous back and leg massage couch..every home should have this...hair cut and finished just how I visualised..short and funky...I left a happy and smiling guest..thank you so much 🤩

Great service as always at this wonderful salon and on this occasion the lovely Mia, one of there rising students, who is also not far from graduating this year, delivered a very mature and top service giving me a great hairstyle and I left the salon feeling like a new woman, a big thank you to the continued great teachings of all the team who always show how much they care about their clients aswell as one another and the future generations of hairdressers.
