My favourite restaurant in London (I've spent over a decade visiting eateries in this city) and from mid-October 2022 to mid-July 2023 I've just reached the 100 milestone on their hotdogs. Ate the first 60 in under 4 months! Expensive but defintely, definitely worth it. Vanilla milkshakes are really good, they taste like ice cream. The Coca-Cola Freestyle is a machine where the user can choose from over 100 different flavours of drink and combine them in the cup staff give the customer when ordering this drink. It's unlimited - I've stayed there for over 1.5 hours and refilled 5 times, the staff are fine with it. Really good, quick staff and laid back atmosphere inside the restaurant. Every single topping and ingreedient, when cooked in Five Guys, tastes completely different and every single facility in every Five Guys branch I go to never ceases to deliver to the full extent. Superb Food...Perfect Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Shakes. The chips are cooked to perfection and you can actually taste the freshness of the beef. Speedy delivery, superb food and exceptional taste 10/10.

Food We have had their signature milkshakes and Cajun style fries. The food was so fantastic and more than food the staff at the Restaurant made us so welcoming and extremely friendly. What an amazing person he( Leonardo) was. He went above and beyond to take the order and serve the food. Deserves the great appreciation from the Restaurant Management. Only the person who loves his job and role can give such nice experience to the customer and he is definitely one among. Staff Friendly and welcoming. Ambience Very good and quite restaurant in the busy Putney High Street.

It was brought to my attention, that 5 guys are selling pistachio flavour milk shake. I was so intrigued that I ordered it, what an excitement for the taste buds, It was delicious .

I went for a milkshake and I was surprised with a warming welcome. The staffs in Putney are just great. The milkshake was delicious and for my surprise I could make thousands of combinations as the flavours are all for free. I been in Five Guys before but no one had explained to me that all flavours are for free. I went for the new Reese’s and Oreo. Fantastic experience!

Tammy and her team made my day. They were so nice to me and smiling which is very rate nowadays to see people smiling especially in the fast food industry… everything was on point, I got my food within no time and I’m very happy with the service. Ordered food from here. Over priced for what you actually get (a standard tasting burger and some burnt skin on chips) personally feel there are better tasting burgers elsewhere and cheaper. Had to try tho because of the hype and was very let down. 1st and last time I will be using you sadly

Exceptional Experience at Five Guys Putney!From the moment I walked into Five Guys in Putney, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Five guys Putney! I had the veggie sandwich which was extremely full filling and satisfying! The store staff was one of the best staff I've ever come across a fast food chain! The free toppings are an added perk and they aren't stingy with it! It's worth every penny you spend! Would definitely be visiting again!

I had a amazing time in Five Guys Putney! That was my first time and I’m surprised with the quality and staffs. Everyone been really nice to me, helping me to choose my correct burger and fries. The cashier (Mina, not sure if I spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to give us a sample when we weren’t sure whether we wanted the cajun or normal fries. Even though this was just a small gesture I really appreciated it. She even went as far as to check if the food was alright after which was v chill.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Staffs are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. What a great customer service! Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.

I love coming to this five guys because not only is the food really good, the customer service is fantastic. They all work really hard with a smile on their faces. One of the employees, Fabio, is always kind, outgoing and patiently waits for my order as I'm indecisive. Also I would recommend everyone that wants to buy a milkshake to get Reese's with peanut butter - it's the best!

Great service and friendly staff - my 3 young grand-nieces from Kerry loved the food - the burgers, vegetarian and especially the chips. A special thank you to Justin who went out of his way to make the girls so very welcome. Well worth a visit!

We recently tried the burgers at this joint, and they were fantastic! The patties were juicy and full of flavorful toppings. I tried out Five Guys today for the first time. I was excited because I heard great reviews about it. There was so much choice when I was placing my order, I couldn't believe it! Tito was patient with me whilst I made my mind up. Thank you. There was a man in the shop causing trouble, but I did not pay him any attention. He eventually left, and then the atmosphere was relaxed again. My burger was full of flavor, you definitely lived up to my expectations. I am definitely going to come here again.

Visited so many five guys branches but Putney branch is now my favorite. Great and fast service. Thank you Jasper, Fabio and all the staff for doing extra mile especially I’m with my baby. Your service makes my experience here memorable. Bacon cheeseburger melts in my mouth, as always. And the newly up fries, is excellent! Can’t get enough of it. Thank you five guys!

My friends and I had a late dinner here last night. The lady helped us with the order was super nice and patient. She also checked in with us when passed by our table. Rarely you get such a good service in a fast food restaurant.
