Have
had
to
post
this
as
i
feel
very
let
down
by
this
company
and
their
customer
service.
First
of
all
i
know
they
dont
actually
manufacture
the
beds
however
the
aftercare
is
very
poor.
Beds
took
3
weeks
to
arrive,
not
the
10
days
as
it
says
on
website,
had
i
not
emailed
the
company
after
12
days
i
would
have
been
none
the
wiser!
These
beds
were
a
birthday
gift
so
that
excitement
was
well
gone
by
the
time
we
recieved
them.
Ok..
now
to
the
quality,
well
my
partner
opened
each
box,
laid
the
parts
out
and
we
noticed
instantly
lots
of
flaws
•
poor
painting
•cracks
in
some
slats
•some
strange
tiny
dot
marks
in
the
wood
•
uneven
bumpy
bed
ends
•
quite
big
split
in
wood
So
i
sent
a
photo
to
this
company
and
after
some
emails
being
exchanged
i
was
told
they
could
replace
the
"damaged
parts"
The
whole
bed
is
showing
signs
of
poor
workmanship,
i
at
least
expect
a
full
exchange
but
no
they
said
only
the
damaged
parts!
I
was
then
told
to
write
a
letter
but
after
seein
another
person
on
here
saying
her
letter
apparently
did
not
arrive
after
her
writing
and
posting
it
this
has
put
me
off.
I
dont
believe
for
a
minute
the
manager
isnt
aware
of
my
complaints
so
i
have
contacted
trading
standards
.
Poor
customer
service
and
poor
quality,
i
deserve
a
full
exchange
and
i
will
have
to
employ
a
tradesman
to
carry
out
the
work
should
they
offer
an
exchange.
Very
upset
at
the
whole
experience!
