We had a trip to London planned and were going to use the train but with the uncertainty due to strikes explored the option of driving. My main concern was parking. I checked a few car parks out and came across Urban Parking, the reviews were great so I took a closer look. They were not the cheapest but compared to train and tubes etc it was cost effective so I booked. The whole process was fantastic, easy to find, nice reception when dropping off, quickly on our way to see the sights. The collection was just as good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I will always use Urban Parking if I am going to visit London again.

We have a wheelchair van and this car park had enough headroom to get in. The staff at the car park were excellent and patient while we got my daughter out of the van and it's a stones throw away from theatre land. Easy booking and excellent staff. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended!!!

The place was easy to find and well advertised. I used the parking twice on consecutive days and didn't book either time but they still accepted me. The cost for 7 hours was £48 which was average. I've paid both cheaper and more in other locations. The staff were friendly and the items in my car were completely untouched. I would trust them if I used this centre again. The only fault and the reason they lost a star is because of the musical car situation, when you return to collect your it's pretty much buried behind 20 other vehicles. The staff worked immediately to fetch my car for me but I still had to wait approximately 15 mins after a long day at work. Overall I would definitely use this place again and would trust them with the keys and valuables inside. 4/5

For me location was easy to find using Google maps. On arrival staff were helpful and got the check in process completed quickly, it felt weird to just leave the car in the reception area, but as they are parking it for you makes sense! Location felt secure, returning to collect the car at about 11pm it was well lit and there was a staff member at the reception area, and my car was already in a collection bay. Pricing is competitive for the area, with the additional knowledge that the car park is secure. I would definitely use again and recommend them to others. Thanks Urban Parking for taking some of the stress out of my visit to London.

If I could give 10 stars 🌟 I would. Unfortunately my parking did not go to plan… I travelled up from Plymouth Devon to Covent Garden on Boxing Day. I reviewed parking companies & I am sure if you are reading this, you are already aware that Urban Parking has the best reviews, which is why I chose them, & honestly, so they should! I believe that in order to rate a business the best people to rate them is when things have gone wrong ! & they went wrong ! This company went above & beyond to ensure that I was not inconvenienced. I am completely blown away by their honesty, integrity & more than anything how genuine they all were, the workers & the owners. I have many friends, family, colleagues & acquaintances, & most of them have requested Urban’s contact details for when they visit London! That is purely because of the caring & platinum service I received…I am not sure how things are for other people but I find it very rare to come across genuine & honest human beings… especially ones who are more privileged than most! It’s because they all live in Urban Parking lol … Thank you so much to everyone at Urban Parking for everything you did for me… totally humbled & trust in the human race is gracefully restored! Parked here on a day to London with the family to ease travel plans. The facility is clean and well-kept, easy to find (especially by London standards!) and the staff on hand were really lovely. Would recommend and visit again :-)

Really convenient location with exceptionally polite and professional staff. Car was left there for 6 hours on a Saturday evening and everything was looked after and the whole booking worked really well. I will definitely use them again and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for secure central London parking!

Top class valet parking with friendly, pleasant staff. We went to the Opera House and booked our return for 10pm so we could get away quickly and our car was there waiting for us. Perfect getaway.
