We worked with Lindsey to come up with a design that met our needs, she then helped up choosing and sourcing the new appliances and project managed the entire process leaving us with nothing to worry about. The kitchen is the show piece of our house, we are proud to show it off and all our guests say its the most stunning new kitchen they have ever seen. PDK employ their own fitters and they are a credit to the company, nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly highly recommended!

We used Lindsay 2 years ago for a complete kitchen renovation and were saying to each other tonight how we don’t regret a thing that was done - hence the memory jog review ! Lindsay was patient and listened to all our needs . She accommodated everything we wanted even at short notice. We had specific things to be included and she managed beautifully. The design uses all the space cleverly and the workmanship exquisite. It was project managed by Lindsay with ease and reliability. We are over the moon and have absolutely no regrets. 2 years later it is still a pleasure to walk into and look at. We would throughly recommend Puddleducks and are so glad we used Lindsay . She did not disappoint.

We have used several kitchen companies in the past but the moment we had spoken to Mark in the showroom we had a strong feeling that this would be the company we would want to use. His explanation of the ethos of the company and the quality of the furniture and fitting made us seriously consider using Puddled Duck Kitchens. We are delighted with the finished result. Lindsey took over management of the project and communication between her, ourselves and our builders and electrician was excellent. Kitchen measurements were taken, checked, and rechecked by Lindsey as the building works progressed and any issues were fully discussed. Natalie was on hand when Lindsey was not available to answer questions, and queries were followed up in a timely manner. We really appreciated the hard copies of the plans which were updated as and when required. Alex and Connor did a skilled and professional job of fitting the kitchen, consulting us throughout the process. The painter, Alan, did a superb job. The finish to the paintwork is of the highest quality. Issues that occurred following completion have been sorted effectively and efficiently. Words that come to mind to describe Puddled Duck Kitchens – quality workmanship, exemplary customer care, thoroughness, excellent problem solving and diligence. Would we recommend this company? We certainly would.

We chose Puddled Duck Kitchens after two quotations- prices were similar but Lindsey had taken more notice of what we wanted for her design. There were a couple of things we wanted to change which were easily accommodated. We are so happy with our kitchen and found the team that worked on it to be friendly , professional and hard working , taking a pride in their work, particularly Rob the floor tiler, and the fitters Dave, Connor and Alex , also Alan the cabinet painter.Any minor snags are dealt with no problem.

Puddle Duck Kitchens have just completed the most fantastic Kitchen for us. From start to finish the whole process was so easy, communication was both quick and easy. Lindsey who owns the Company did the design and kept in touch over the phone and with site visits. We had a kitchen designed and installed by Puddled Duck at the end of 2018. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Having lived with this kitchen for 6 months now we can confidently confirm that the kitchen is as practical as it is beautiful. As other reviewers have asserted, Lindsey was excellent. With regard to kitchen design, Lindsey’s expertise and experience were invaluable with regards to choosing items such as appliances and work tops. She advised us and furnished us with lots of ideas, but did not try to influence us in areas of personal taste, instead seeking out ways to achieve our vision. There were many iterations of the design itself, including last minute requests for additional accessories. Lindsey was endlessly patient and flexible and all our requests were fully met. Our project was quite a complex one, as we had an extension, new floors, plumbing, electrics etc to coordinate with the kitchen installation. All the Puddled Duck work was carried out exactly on schedule, with Lindsey communicating with builders, plumbers etc in order to ensure efficient delivery of the project. Similarly, the quality of all her subcontracted work was exceptional- the installation of kitchen and work tops and the painting of the cabinets was all carried out with great professionalism. The kitchen cabinets themselves are of superb quality and workmanship. As most people will testify, the after care service is probably as important as the process itself, as minor glitches and snags will arise as the newly installed kitchens settles. Again, we couldn’t have been more impressed, with a highly experienced and personable carpenter coming over on a number of occasions and immediately resolving any minor problems we had identified. So, thanks to Lindsey and her team for a great experience and a great kitchen.
