Lady who checked me in and carried out initial checks was friendly, polite and efficient. The optician was patient and approachable and answered all my questions. Very impressed with lady who helped me choose my glasses. She took into account my budget, didn't pressure me into making a decision and highlighted offers resulting in me getting the glasses l wanted. Very happy with the service and advice in store.

I recently got my eyes tested at optical express in East Kilbride. The online booking was easy and the staff were friendly and efficient which made the whole process easy. The price of the glasses was far more reasonable than any other optician’s and will definitely be going back for my next check up

I made an appointment online to get my eyes tested. This process was quick and easy and I got an appointment for the next day. I was sent confirmation and asked to fill out a health questionnaire online to save time on the day. When I arrived I was welcomed by Jackie. The shop was well lit, clean, and had all the glasses on display. Of which there was a good selection. I was seen promptly. Completed a number of tests on machines. Then Chris took me for an eye test. Due to Covid it had been a few years. Chris explained the results to me and compared it to my last exam. He then presented me with the various options open to me. Jackie then helped me select both pairs of glasses. Great service. I have Optical Express in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Great service from the team at Ek. Our 7 year old was reluctant to get new glasses. The team were patient and so helpful and lovely with her. The glasses also were ready to collect less than a week from ordering and on collecting made hey feel at ease again. Great service! Thank you
