Some of the best sea food dishes I've eaten, every mouthful was a delicious sensation combining alternative flavours in perfect sharing small plates. Really reasonably priced for such high quality food. We shared 6 small plates and 4 sides between 3 adults and that was the perfect amount. As the plates come out as they are ready, it's a real journey of a meal. The roast potatoes were the best potatoes I've ever eaten, no idea how they did it but they were fluffy and the crispiest most tasty potatoes ever. Which were great alongside each dish and the flavourful juices. Though if you dare have a pudding too, I'd suggest sharing. We were a little optimistic / greedy and after such great food. The puddings are large and rich, and of course delicious! Just better to share the richness. A fantastic restaurant. Very friendly staff and baby friendly. With stunning walks nearby. Perfect place to visit. Do ring ahead to book a table to avoid disappointment 😊

All the food were very tasty and special. We could feel the chef very passionate with food. Scallop not overcooked it was just right, octopus is crispy outside and soft inside. I really enjoyed the deep fry oyster, it's not easy to find a restaurant make deep fry oyster. The fish taste excellent with the sauce they use!!! Will definitely come back again!!

Fantastic food! We have ordered quite a few dishes to try it and each one of them was delicious! My favourite was monkfish, potatoes, scollops, lobster and salty prawns. Staff and the owners were very nice and friendly. Hope you manage to come back to F1 GP in Abu Dhabi. Thank you. Will call in again with friends 👌🏻

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Lazy Lobster and it was an exquisite culinary journey. To start, I couldn't resist the potted shrimp with toasted crumpet and Worcestershire sauce. It was a flavorful and comforting beginning to the meal. The oysters were impeccably fresh, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality seafood. The griddled octopus with red Leicester pomme purée was a revelation. The tender octopus paired beautifully with the rich purée. Next, the griddled tuna with pak choi, sauce vierge, soy, ginger sesame broth was a harmony of flavors and textures, a true highlight of the evening. The crispy spiced new potatoes were a delightful side dish, adding a satisfying crunch to the meal. But the real showstopper was the griddled lobster in Thai red crab broth with pickled fennel. The lobster was cooked to perfection, and the broth was a symphony of flavors, with a hint of Thai spice like tom yum that elevated the dish to another level. Throughout the meal, the service was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. The Lazy Lobster offers a diverse menu that celebrates seafood in innovative ways, and it's clear that the chefs are passionate about their craft. If you appreciate seafood prepared with creativity and precision, Lazy Lobster is a must-visit. I can't wait to return for another gastronomic adventure.

Family celebration lunch, which included one child and two elderly couples. Casual seating. Our party was seated on a "high table" which as a party of 7 was the only possible place that we could sit together. It was uncomfortable and compact. This place is tiny. Only has one loo for all to use! The food however, is freshly cooked and delicious. Small plates for sharing. Food comes out as it is cooked.

Not a big fan of sea food, still tried quite a lot from the menu! Not very impressed, to be honest! Some dishes quite greasy, too oily! Pricey too for small plates! Staff was nice, the place decorated in a very pleasant way, but the seats a bit uncomfortable! Toilet not accessible for wheelchair users! There is free parking opposite, but still struggle to find a space to park!

Amazing lunch here. Oysters prepared to perfection and dressed with vodka & lime. The red mullet was paired with a punchy salsa. The octopus was crispy on the outside and soft inside. Everything was super fresh and cooked with style. So many other great dishes. We will be back!

Absolutely Wow! Lovely little restaurant in the heart of Chew Magna. One the best seafood experiences I've had. The food was top tier and their own Lazy Lobster Lager was crisp and refreshing. The staff were extremely friendly and we're quick to serve. Shout out to Donna (Co owner) who had a lovely chat with me in the pub opposite! Apologies for the tipsy waffling LOL. Will definitely recommend to all as the best seafood restaurant in the local area. Thanks guys 👍

We had a lovely evening at Lazy Lobster. We came for my partners birthday and they wrote a cute card for the table. The menu was explained to us very well and we ordered as recommended. We were blown away by the flavours and the quality of the fish. This is by far the best fish we have had in a very long time. The restaurant is beautiful, chilled and welcoming. We just had such a fantastic experience. Well worth the 50min drive and we will be back! Thank you so much.

Amazing lunch. We were a group of 6 and had travelled from all over the UK - from Portsmouth or Llanelli! Chose the restaurant because of the reviews I had read, and having had such a good experience, wanted to share. Everything was amazing, but highlights were king prawns in garlic/miso butter, the red mullet with chorizo risotto and the whole sole.
