Our experience with the Fairview sales team (Regency Heights) was exceptional beyond words. We first made contact with Mr Hoss Eddin who despite being busy invited us for a show round. We did not go to the flat hoping to buy it, we were just looking around at that point of time. Mr Hoss showed us all the flats he took a lot of care to explain all the features of the development, he also took time to understand our own circumstances and why we were looking for a flat. Eventually we bought the flat the same day just in the first visit. We were helped by Mr Hoss's team after the exchange too. They helped us to find a solicitor they are always in hand when we want to ask questions. Mr Hoss always replies almost instantly when we want to ask something, beyond his working hours.We are very pleased with the professional as well as friendly service we continue to recieve from Mr Hoss and his team. We got fantastic service from sales team, especially from sales negotiator Suzy. She has great communication skills, super friendly and professional at the same time. We went for a flat viewing and we fell in love with the available properties in the Baronet House - Regency Heights. The lake area is also amazing for a nice walk and picnics during the summer. 5 min from Park Royal Tube Station and bus 95 to White City. Tamana Alamyar was the sales person responsible for showing us the properties. She showed us different flats with different layouts and she was super attentive and answered all our questions. After we decided which flat we wanted, Tamana also offered us a good deal for first-time buyers and considering our pre-requisites and money limitations. After our offer was accepted, Asem Dawlazie helped us to start the process of applying to the Help to Buy, gettign in contact with solicitors and financial advisers. We are very satisfied with the service from all team in Fair View!
