My family have been attending your dental surgery for several years now, and we used to be treated by Dr Path who is wonderful. However, for the last couple of years, my mother and I have been passed on to different dentists. My mother is 87 years old and has had many sessions of treatment. The last time she attended in 2017, she was treated by Dr Dolly, a part time dentists. This was not suitable as my mum required treatment often and had to wait several weeks for her next appointment. We complained that she should be referred to someone else, without success. This year, she again needed urgent treatment and attended in early May, where she was examined by Dr Dolly again. Again, our dissatisfaction with the situation was intimated, and heated words were exchanged between my daughter and Dr Dolly. It ended with Dr Dolly saying that she would refer my mother to another dentist in the practice. I telephoned you a few days ago to enquire why I hadn't heard from you for at least 3 weeks, to be advised that you would not like to treat my mother due to the breakdown in communication. Words were exchanged between my daughter and Dr Dolly - not my mother. It was hardly a reason for you to take such severe action so as to discharge her. She is so old, in need of urgent dental repair work and you have had no consideration for that, because your ego was hurt a little? if you did not want my daughter to attend with my mother, you could have said so, but because we requested a different dentist, you've used a silly excuse to let my mother suffer without the urgent treatment she requires. Your handling of the situation has been appalling, to say the least. I am horrified by your stance.

Having gone here for over 10 years I've always had to wait up from 30 mins to be called in. I called, running late because of a work emergency I was told I was even later. (had noted 12.15 for 12.05.) I was offered to squeeze in but troubled with parking because it took a while. I found I was struck off for being late a second time because they were ready sooner than the receptionist had just said before I reticketed the car only just outside. The practice manager refused to speak with me about it. Just unlucky but it done me a favour.

1 star is not even deserving! An Older receptionist who is clearly bitter and unhappy with her life had been very unprofessional and rude. She Refused to give back a refund over the phone whilst claiming the hygienist was in isolation due to covid. As we turned up for a refund the hygienists was stood there watching the receptionist be unhelpful and petty! This whole clinic is full of liars and petty unprofessionals. Don't waste your money or time here! They are over priced too! Hounslow has much better dentist practices than this place. Avoid!!!

Absolutely rubbish service. Quick to take deposit in advance and confirm a appointment 3 to 4 times in advance but cancel on the morning at 8.48 before the 9.30 ...but then they make you beg for your refund. Unprofessional staff. Do not recommend at all. Both Receptionist are rude, one with a greying problem who demands respect when she has none to offer with poor professional. Liars and thieves. Refusing to give the refund over the phone and made me come to the practice. Do not use. Time wasters. Plenty of better dental practices in hounslow with close to 5 star reviews and not known for breaking peoples tooth and over charging them. Word of advice - customer service... customer is always right especially when you as a practice are making the mistakes. Rubbish experience rubbish staff.

Thank you very much Dr Parashad for the thorough examination today. You were super professional, took your time and explained everything in detail. You was very re assuring and ensured my experience was great. I have been advised to come back for fillings and a hygiene appointment which I am looking forward to. Bim was assisting dr Parashad and she was very welcoming. The receptionist Nada was smiley and welcoming and the manager Shyda was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently left Ghauri dental to join this dentist and would highly recommend it.

Hi I am with this dental practice from last year. Whenever I been there I had a fantastic service. I would like to say thanks to Dr Virdes, he is a really good doctor and he is really good human too. I will also say thanks to the receptionist she is a very good lady, there are two but one of them is the best, unfortunately I don’t know her name but next time I will definitely ask her name to mention here. So guys as I said will ask her, I have asked her name, and her name is Fara, she is very polite and she has very good manners and respectful. Thanks a lot from care dental Bathroad. Farrakh Waheed : With reference to Care Dental, I would like to mention that the dentists [Prashant] and {VIRDEE}, every single staff and the whole service package has been excellent and consistent through out. We complain about every minor faults and errors but always miss out to acknowledge the bigger picture that goes on behind with everyone’s individual input that contribute to a team effort delivering such excellent service like Dental Care, that consistently executes such high standard services to their patients. However today I am here to acknowledge Care Dental’s Receptionist “Farrakh Waheed” who consistently keeps delivering excellent Customer Services skills. That place “Care Dental” is a super busy outfit, there is various patients coming in with various dental issues, some registered and some not registered with Care Dental, Postman and other delivery agents coming and delivering packages, more than one telephone ringing constantly, along constant liaison with dentist and nurses simultaneously. Daily in an out all this is being dealt by the one and only Farrakh Waheed on her own. She consistently executes all those duties pitch perfectly proactively and with upmost professionalism. She is always caring, passionate, smiling , friendly but not over friendly and always on the ball, no matter how much is going on at the background, she is always positive, calm and collective, who always pays complete attention to details, Prioritises her work with patients waiting , the phone calls on hold and the dentists and the nurses constantly liaising with her all at the same time. She is the best example of a multi tasker. I have never ever seen her to loose the plot, as her job, is a job which is very pressurising, a very demanding and a very stressful one. She always maintains her cool, her balance, her dignity and has a positive aura that she emits out of her at all times. She is a genuine good human being and hence all the above skills come naturally to her. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job, the products and the services at the back of her hand, which makes her very confident and easy to communicate with. She has excellent communication skills and this is primarily because she is a damn good listener, pays attention to ever detail. Very focussed , very proactive, able to cope with pressure and constantly prioritising as most of the time she is on her own and works as an individual but also switches to be an excellent team worker whenever required. She genuinely cares for people and hence she constantly delivers the best “Duty Of Care” without even thinking about it, as it comes natural to her. However she also knows when to be stern, be rigid and be assertive when the job demands her to be. So people can’t play her as she won’t allow that and will say NO when she has to. I have silently watched her and her executions a few times and today I had to ask her for her name as I did want to put this on an email so that she gets the acknowledgment that she rightfully deserves. I hope you could pass this on to “Farrakh Waheed”. I will very soon, try to put this on Google and other social media platforms as you all need to be recognised. Most impressed and happy. Great advice, and great service. I avoid going to the dentist, due to previous bad experiences, dentist was highly professional and considerate. My teeth issues were many, but happily resolved. I would highly recommend.

I stumbled across this clinic by accident, urgent case, I paid three times the usual price.. briefly, I do not think that there is a dental clinic worse than this clinic in all of London. The main doctor is less than a beginner. A clinic for theft only, and no responsible reference for them to complain.. Beware of losing your money and your teeth 😷

I needed urgent treatment and so I went to this practise for the first time. I was very happy with the dental practise and the amazing service. I would definitely recommend and will be going there again in the future.
