Awesome service - willing to spend time to go through everything, no pushy sales, knowledgeable staff and beyond helpful! Our little girl left her toy there after we picked up a bike and the shop went above and beyond to get it back to us! This is by far the best bike shop I have had the pleasure of going to, all the staff are so helpful and everytime I have been there they all go out there way to do the most they can. Five star service without a doubt! Refreshing to see a company that is very customer focused and a "can do attitude". I was ill prepared for fixing my ebike; a simple puncture! Took it along to Giant Store, Helston and Shane fixed it there and then without a moments hesitation. Again thank you Shane. Its so good to be back cycling and in the cycling community.

The level of a professional friendly service goes above and beyond 110% I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it really is to deal with these guys, especially Shane. My gratitude towards this guy I just cannot emphasise what he did for me on Xmas Eve.
