Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help customers. Well stocked store, very clean and tidy.

I have used this store and brand for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are very knowledgeable. I have had to get a replacement for a faulty item and I understand that they give these items to homeless people which is great. That's items that can be reused. Well worth a look. I recommend this store.

This is the best outdooring shop in the whole of Hexham. You can get a special discount off if you are part of the scouting association, which is great, although you need to repeat the scouts promise, which I don't remember. Other than that I really know what to say. I mean, its just a shop after all.
