I used Elmtree Pet Hotel when leaving our recent rescue dog Angel for the first time. I was extremely worried due to her background and even cried when dropping her off! I was reassured throughout my trip with updates and photos which allowed me to enjoy my holiday & I could see Angel was also having a nice time away. When I collected her it was clear she had a lovely time and all the staff were SO lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend Elmtree and won't leave Angel anywhere else now!

I adore this place! I have had both my dogs and my cat stay here many times and they go above and beyond to make your animals feel at home and the staff are just so lovely! It never worry about my babies when they are here. Always book early especially over the holiday periods as they book up fast.

We are so happy and satisfied with Elmtree Pet Hotel! Tried several places before our dogs are hunting breed so they really need a safe place. Elmtree is much more than a safe place for our beloved ones. From the moment we enter to the reception everyone is very friendly we can feel our dogs are really important for them. The entire staff is so passionate about animals. Extremely clean and our dogs are leaving the place always in an excellent state. Physically and mentally too. After 10 years' of avoiding a flight holiday I gave in! We left our dogs back in 2013 and were very impressed then. From the moment you arrive to collection even I can relax. Our two chaps came bounding out, full of life. A very big thank you once again for looking after our two Jack Russells.

We have used Elmtree since 2021, and we cannot speak highly enough of them. Their professionalism, communication and duty of care is exemplary, and is consistent with everyone that you meet. We know that when we leave our dog she is in a safe and welcoming environment, and we do not worry, receiving photos through Instagram allows us to still feel connected whilst she is not with us. My dog has stayed here before and is coming back in April :) the staff are lovely! They take them out for long walks and I paid extra to see on the webcam and do extra behaviour classes which was definitely worth it!! Would recommend :)

Our cat Rupert stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas, it was his first time in a cattery/away from home and we were super nervous but I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Elmtree. They were so lovely and reassuring, they were available on instagram to get photo updates, the room he was in looked great and it looked like he got lots of attention, cuddles and play time as well! The taxi pick-up/drop-off service was also super handy. So grateful to the whole team for looking after him so well, we’ll definitely use Elmtree again!

I've used Elmtree on a number of occasions usually for just short stays...it's a wonderful place. This time my little fur baby had to go in for much longer (two weeks) as I was having a major operation. It's the longest we've been apart and I was apprehensive. No need to have worried....she had a fabulous time (they sent some photos) and came racing down the corridor to greet me when we collected her. Can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and care. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elmtree!! 👌

Many thanks to Mandy and the whole team at Elmtree. This was the first time that our 12 year old dog, a bichon frise, had ever stayed in a kennel environment. And he is now blind and diabetic, requiring injections twice a day and very careful diet management. I was very nervous on the drop-off day, but the staff could not have been more reassuring or friendlier, which made me much more at ease with the whole experience. Our dog settled in straight away and looked very comfortable. He stayed at Elmtree for a week, while we were on holiday. Every day we had fantastic communication from Mandy in the form of pictures, videos, texts and phone calls. It made our holiday. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing he was being looked after by such a caring person and team. I didn't think a holiday like this would ever be possible, but I am already able to look forward to arranging the next one, knowing that our dog will be happy and cared for so well. We cannot recommend Elmtree highly enough. A very special thanks to Mandy in particular !

We have used Elmtree for the last 12 years with our first dog (Shih Thu), and have always had a very good experience. 2 years ago we got another dog (Imperial Shih Tzu) and she is very small. We had worries in leaving her whilst we went away, and before we did, we visited Elmtree to look at their Toy Dog section, and met Mandy who looks after this area. This section is very comfortable and accommodating, and has a very warm feel to it and Mandy was very attentive to our needs and requests for our dogs. When we dropped them off we we were able to see the pen they were staying in, and we liked that they could stay together. Whilst we were away Mandy was amazing, and provided us with daily updates on how the girls were getting on, along with daily photos and videos. This really made our break much better, as it took away any concerns of how they were doing. If you want your small dog to be very well looked after and if you are worried about leaving your dog whilst you are away, I would have no hesitation in recommending Elmtree and especially Mandy and the Toy Dog section. I would like to thank Mandy and all of the staff at Elmtree for looking after the girls. and providing them with love and care.
