Jo fitted me in at the end of the same working day. My right ear was blocked like a suction cup was placed over it. I’ve always suffered with an underlying sense of vertigo and now realise why when I had an amazing amount of wax removed both sides. It instantly fixed the blocked ear and I’ve felt so much more confident moving around. I’m going back in 6 months to keep on top of the build up of wax and I now no longer live in fear my ears becoming progressively worse and having to put up with it. If you’re anxious about if yourself just go for it and you will be so glad you did. I should of done it years ago

Excellent Service from Jo at Northfleet. However as an IT Consultant i was looking for the most advanced technical solution - which unfortunately for me is very expensive. If there was a 0% finance option i would certainly be signing up. Maybe something for you to consider. ?

Regain Hearing provide an excellent service. I visited the Northfleet site and was seen by Joanne who was friendly and professional. With the aid of a camera and diagrams, Joanne explained in detail what the problem was and how it would be treated. The wax removal was painless and my hearing was fully restored. Highly recommended.

Clean tidy surroundings. Very professional service the lady I saw was very experienced and knowledgeable. Every thing was explained thoroughly. Examination very detailed. My ears were cleared of wax very efficiently. I received a lot of knowledge and insight about my hearing. I was found to have a hearing loss. A lot of options explained no pressure to buy anything. Details of examination emailed to me. Details of H.P emailed. Overall a very good service. Worth the money for the exhaustive examination.

Visited Regain Hearing at Northfleet for micro suction. Was talked through the procedure and photos taken of ears prior. Once procedure was complete, which was just a few minutes, another photo taken to show wax had been removed. Amazing to see before and after images. Very helpful staff who put you at ease. Would highly recommend.

Have suffered with ear wax problems for most of my life. Had many micro suctions before. This most comprehensive and thorough treatment was carried out by a charming lady who talked me through every aspect of what she was doing in a relaxed atmosphere. Not cheap but highly recommended.

Took my son who had hearing loss after my GP said they don't do ear syringing any longer and we have to go private. Extremely helpful and polite booking on the phone and really helpful and kind to my son who has autism. I highly recommend them without hesitation and will go back in future when needed
