After being told small part unobtainable, or 6 weeks delivery maybe from some Yamaha dealers, found Flood Marine on line. Prices very reasonable, service great and communications excellent. Won't bother with English dealers and go straight back to Flood Marine in future. Even with postage cheaper and more professional than the rest. Don't retire Barry, and thanks for your help.

I recently bought a boat from Flood Marine Services and can't recommend them highly enough. John and Barry gave expert and comprehensive advice on options and accessories and were clearly providing what was most suitable for my needs, not just what they'd like to sell. My emails were always answered promptly. There was a fairly long delay to delivery because of a worldwide supply problem with outboards affecting all dealers, and which was outside their control, so if you're thinking of placing an order get it in early! FMS frequently informed me of the progress of the engine delivery, and kindly sent photos to update me on the rigging of the engine, trailer and accessories. On the day I picked it up they patiently answered my many questions despite them having to stay open late and even threw in several bits and bobs for free from their comprehensively stocked chandlery including the trailer lighting socket adapter which was needed for my car. The boat handles beautifully and everything works perfectly. My whole experience of doing business with this friendly and well run family business couldn't have been better.

Incredible team to work with. I am here in the US and international orders can be tricky at times. They were professional and very responsive. Barry took care of me well. Will do business again with them.
