I bought an adapter from them Type-C to HDMI. It didn't work with my Google Pixel. I wanted to return the product. But they refused to do this for the first time, supposedly this is my problem, the cable should work, when I found out that this is a problem with the brand of my phone, the young employee said I can’t make a return because the product is working, I need to ask the terrible manager, he will return in an hour and a half. I came after this time, he shows me a piece of paper from the Internet and says download this application "DisplayLink Presenter". For obvious reasons, after he tried to connect my phone, it still didn’t work. And after his call to the manager, he agreed to return the money to me, but not the full amount. For some reason he took away £5 from the £20 price and gave me back only £15. I'm very displeased. When I asked a neighboring store if I could buy the product from them and return it, I immediately answered positively. Be very careful with this E-Computers store. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

You know when you love someone so much you want to bite them...that might just be me, but I want to bite the service person who helped me the other day over the phone. Let me explain! I have been having MAJOR issues with an industrial Epson printer (D800) for about 4 months now. Epson has been completely useless and there is nothing on the internet about the error I was getting. I had reached my limit!!! So, I thought I would get a specialist out to give it a go, did a quick google search and found this amazing company, not realizing they are not in the city I live in (Edinburgh) I gave them a call and asked for them to come out. When we figured out that we live miles from each other the really nice guy on the phone was like...” tell me the problem”. After telling him my life story he says "O yea Epson are very temperamental and if you have it plugged in when installing the drives won't speak to your printer".... NO ONE!! had said anything like this to me. I followed his instructions to uninstall, unplug and reinstall and wait for the prompts to plug the printer in. It worked the first time!!! I ugly cried!! This printer is so important for my business and I have clients yelling at me waiting on prints, and now thanks to the amazing man on the other end of the phone I don't have to buy a new one (which was the next option!) and I am back up and working...so yes I love these guys enough to bite them. xx thank you soooo much

I has issues with my laptop. Google suggested this was in the top 3 rated shops in Perth. If so the other two must be good. Impeccable , friendly, efficient service....with a smile. Saved my day

Moving house is one thing …….moving your ailing laptop to a new computer shop for repair is something else!! I needn’t have worried. E-Computers went above and beyond to repair and clean up my laptop. It was repaired quickly and efficiently and they even took the time to explain the new programmes installed, when I phoned them, to a technophobe like me. Would I go back again to them?? Oooooooooooh yes!!! Will be recommending them to my pals. fantastic job E-Computers.

Needed a 3rd gen Ryzen to update an older AM4 motherboard. These guys just lent me one under the condition I leave a review. Couldn’t ask for any more from this shop. Deserves a 5 star
