I have been dealing with Iona at the Tillicoultry store and she has been so lovely. Extremely helpful, nothing was too much bother for her. Iona gave me all the information I needed and was very friendly and easy to chat too. The store is beautiful and all the staff were really helpful and friendly too. A really lovely experience. Just proves customer service is not dead after all!!!

The products are beautiful and staff at the shop were warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I'd have given an even higher score if the item we bought hadn't got its screws coming out and had to be replaced. However, staff again made the replacement as easy as possible and the service team that came to change it did a great job.
