Beautiful, small store to look around. Some of the staff look a little desperate to escape, if you whisper 'blink twice if you hate your job' most will start repeatedly blinking I think. Oh that column by the till is fun to get a large wheelchair/pushchair past.

Nice store, which is well lit. There is plenty of stock on the shelves, and it's all nicely presented. Easy to manoeuvre around. There are 2 floors - steps at the front of the store and a lift at the back. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on the lower ground of the mall close to John Lewis. Free car parking lot.

A large store over two floors with a good selection of products. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you buy online and choose to pick up in store this works very well. Products are of a very good quality with some unique items exclusive to Lakeland. Certainly worth a visit.

I bought some pasta. I went in to get pasta I'd seen online. it was dinosaur shaped and I thought it was a nice lil stocking filler. The woman at the till wouldn't hand the pasta over to me for about 10minutes after I'd paid as she was busy talking at me about somebody I don't know. I guess it was my fault for asking if it had been a busy day but I seriously didn't expect it to become a short therapy session. Bless her and she must be going through the mill but management should give her some paid time off to deal with the situation she is clearly having to go through. Dinosaur pasta is neat though.

Visited the store today to find cookie cutters (In an attempt to make dinner time more fun for my 2yo). Served by Jude who promptly showed us around the shop and found something we were really happy with. Left the shop pleased with our purchase but also blown away by the standards of service that we received from Jude! A real credit to the business (and yes dinner was cut into dinosaur shapes!)

My wife and I wanted details of a Dual Air Fryer. The lady in the Cribbs Causeway Store was very informative and helpful and handled our questions very professionally. We bought one. We like this Store, there is a very wide range of products that are of high quality and competitively priced.

The exact item I wanted to buy was available only from Lakeland, that's a plus to them. But, they didn't have the second item I wanted, neither could I get it from John Lewis, so that is negative for both. Lakeland staff are generally very helpful, their prices are competitive given their quality, so I give them 4.7, rounded to nearest integer 5.
