As
a
socially
anxious
person
it
already
takes
a
lot
to
even
enter
a
lush
store
due
to
the
way
the
staff
are.
However
I
understand
that’s
how
the
shop
works.
But
after
a
recent
visit
it’s
clear
some
staff
take
it
too
far.
I
already
had
picked
out
what
I
wanted
and
was
heading
to
the
queue
when
a
staff
member
approached
me.
I
said
I
was
all
good
and
didn’t
need
anything
else.
The
staff
member
then
proceeded
to
point
at
my
face
and
tell
me
I
needed
something
for
my
bad
dry
skin.
(Don’t
you
love
it
when
people
point
out
these
things
🫠)
I
repeatedly
told
her
I
didn’t
need
anything
else
and
she
would
not
give
up.
At
this
point
I
gave
in
and
said
I
suffer
with
psoriasis
on
my
scalp
and
asked
for
a
recommendation
so
that
hopefully
she’d
leave
me
alone.
She
told
me
there
was
definitely
a
product
to
help
with
my
issue
and
would
show
me,
although
she
then
had
to
go
and
ask
someone
else
what
she
needed
to
recommend
and
came
back
with
a
leave
in
conditioner
type
product
🙃
So
all
in
all
-
rude,
pushy
and
a
recommendation
for
something
that
won’t
help
my
issue.
Won’t
be
returning
to
this
store.
Luckily
the
staff
at
Cabot
circus
understand
the
word
no
so
I’ll
be
going
there
