    Today I had a very good experience with Lucie who work in the Lush Bristol. She was very friendly, very polite and helpful. She helped me choose the best product to my skin and yes that worked. Thank you Lucie we need more similar lovely worker not just in the LUSH to every single shop. Thank you Lucie

    Went in to buy a specific item and was helped by Andi who went to so much trouble recommending products she thought would be beneficial.. so knowledgeable and helpful.. She gave me some samples for face and hair and they were absolutely spot on, so looks like I’ll be going back to buy them! Thank you Andi it was a real pleasure.

    Amazing staff! Dylan helped me out with hair products and hand creams today. He took time to explain things and answer any questions. I bought two products and got two free samples to test the ones I'm interested in buying next. Overall, great experience at Lush 💛

    As a socially anxious person it already takes a lot to even enter a lush store due to the way the staff are. However I understand that’s how the shop works. But after a recent visit it’s clear some staff take it too far. I already had picked out what I wanted and was heading to the queue when a staff member approached me. I said I was all good and didn’t need anything else. The staff member then proceeded to point at my face and tell me I needed something for my bad dry skin. (Don’t you love it when people point out these things 🫠) I repeatedly told her I didn’t need anything else and she would not give up. At this point I gave in and said I suffer with psoriasis on my scalp and asked for a recommendation so that hopefully she’d leave me alone. She told me there was definitely a product to help with my issue and would show me, although she then had to go and ask someone else what she needed to recommend and came back with a leave in conditioner type product 🙃 So all in all - rude, pushy and a recommendation for something that won’t help my issue. Won’t be returning to this store. Luckily the staff at Cabot circus understand the word no so I’ll be going there

    Came to the mall for a different stores event that was a bust, but LUSH staff made our day. Super helpful, really kind to my 9 year old birthday girl, just made our day. The staff was knowledgeable, eager to help and found some new great products and a few old ones I forgot about. Definitely a great experience. Thank you.

    My daughter and I were served by Meg today and we had an amazing time making a bath bomb, she let us try different perfumes and recommended different products. She talked to us and answered different questions. When my daughter was making her bath bomb she was very good with helping her. Thank you very much Meg in our trip to lush today!

    Always love a trip to lush and this store is one of the smaller ones but still has an amazing selection and wonderful staff! Sobia was able to recommend me a few products to help with my face redness and provided me with some samples to try out. Also wanted to return something I had disliked, and there was 0 hassle there too! I often order online, and only visit in person a few times a year, but I would love to visit in store again as it was so helpful to look at and smell the products on display and talk with staff about products. Will definitely be back to purchase whatever face mask works best for me ❤️😊 thank you!

    We had an incredible experience with Andrea today - she was extremely informed about each of the products and was so helpful when choosing what would work best with my skin! She had so much knowledge on skincare in general and it was an absolute delight to speak to her! I would definitely say this was the best experience that I’ve had at Lush, and could not recommend her more! I’m incredibly grateful for the time that she took to explain each product in detail, and feel so much more informed now.
