We had a marquee for our wedding in June, first thing I will say is how easy Countess are to work with. Sue is an absolute star! A wedding can be a very stressful thing to organise but Sue really kept things nice and simple and made sure, especially the couple of days before the wedding, that everything was under control and there was nothing at all for me and my partner to worry about. The marquee itself, the star attraction looked incredible!

Countess Marquees were fantastic. We made an enquiry earlier this year and our first contact was Farris who was friendly, professional and made the whole process so much easier for us. We arranged a site visit pretty quickly (our event was in our back garden) and straight away Farris knew exactly what size marquee we would need and how it would look. He helped us envision our wedding reception before we even had a chance to think about it! He talked us through all the details (things I would never have thought of). The quote provided was reasonable and definitely matched the product. An itemised quote was provided online and was very professionally arranged. Farris and Sue were very accommodating in quickly updating our quote for us whenever we wanted to make changes. The payment process was seamless with immediate confirmation that put my mind at ease. Farris led an amazing team in setting up the marquee a few days before our event. They were all very professional and worked so hard throughout the day to make it look perfect. During transit, one of the chandeliers had gotten damaged however this did not cause any issues as Farris and the team very quickly and efficiently problem solved and immediately got us a replacement. The marquee looked absolutely beautiful during the day and especially at night. It exceeded our expectations. Countess Marquees provided an excellent service for a special birthday recently that had been delayed several times due to the pandemic and other reasons. They were extremely accommodating and the team are also very friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for marquees for both small and large venues. The heating we thought we wouldn't need came in useful at the end of the evening as well!

I hired the marquee for a garden party at the end of July 2021. Sue was very friendly and understood what I was looking for. Her patience and friendliness was exactly what you need when you’re stressed party planning. She went above and beyond for us which was refreshing and comforting compared to a lot of the other people I had spoken too. Thank you, Sue! She was quick to reply either via email or call and we were constantly kept in the loop. Whilst the marquee was being set up, we had horrendous rain half way through but David, Farris and Adam remained professional and did what they needed to ensure the inside area was kept dry which was really impressive. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. After going through multiple Marquee companies and running into the same unprofessional, unreliable standard, we met Sue at Countess Marquees. Sue was able to come round, assess the space and spent a good amount of time offering solutions and options for what would look good and work for our requirements. The floor plan designed by sue and the itemised breakdown really gave us clarity on what we were going to have for our Asian wedding. We were so happy with the initial consultation so we went through with it. On the day of deliver, the team were punctual, fast and efficient and we were consulted throughout. We had Countess Marquees for my Son's Pre-wedding parties from 19th May 2021 to 21st May 2021. Absolutely fantastic service. Countess Marquees were simply amazing, very professional, easy to work with, team was friendly. During this last week weather was atrocious, it was like a tornado on 19th May late afternoon, David (the person in charge) made sure no water was seeping through and bolted it really well. The heating system worked fantastically well. Sue was a real star, very friendly and helpful. After communicating to Sue I felt she was family. Everything was done efficiently and on time. All the guests were amazed. Thank you Sue and David for doing a fantastic job. Well done.

As others have said, the service we received from Sue, David and the team was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The event was a 60th birthday party for 100 people and they worked long hours to ensure that the finished marquee looked absolutely stunning, going out of their way to help with last minute additions and adjustments and not turning a hair at the less than straightforward area they had to cover. A really wonderful experience from start to finish.

Countess Marquees did a great job supplying a small marquee for our joint 40th birthday party. The marquee joined neatly onto the back of our home and along with effective lighting, small dance floor and smart furniture, transformed our living area and garden into a chic party venue! Sue was very obliging in all aspects, including suggesting what would work well in the space, providing images of options and recommending caterers.
