Great food and service was very good from ur staff, curries tasted great and rotis and naan were fresh and tasty. Forgot to take pictures when food arrived. Mango lassi was really tasty 😋

Mahdu and Hajra are outstanding servers. It was super busy and they were running around trying to keep all the customers happy. 100% these girls deserve a raise, both worked so well under pressure seating customers, taking orders, bringing food out. Food was nice.

Delicious curries we had the chicken karahi and mutton handi with garlic naan and pilau rice. All were very tasty and highly recommended. We also had the paneer pakora which were delicious, although the batter was softer than I expected. There is parking at the rear but you need to go round a different way - difficult to access if coming up roundhay road Overall an excellent dining experience

Went to try the breakfast at Shimlas Leeds. I heard a lot about it on TikTok and from friends so thought I’d try it. I went with my Mrs and daughter. We all got different breakfast menus. We were all very disappointed. We usually go for the Chicken donner on an evening and although sometimes there is a time delay, we are never let down by the taste. However the breakfast is terrible. The chana had no taste to it, the burger and donner tasted awful, dry and cold, fish fingers were also dry. The desi tea was terrible, like they put 1 tea bag and a gallon of milk. I would not recommend to anyone. Only good point was the paratha, sausages and Saag. On top of that, on a cold day, they did not have the heating on so it was freezing. Sorry Shimlas, you can do better than this.

Great food. Absolutely delicious. The kebabs were great but the real star of the show were the sauces. I liked the make-your-own-wrap style which allowed me to put as much sauce as possible. The naans were also very soft and the perfect texture for a kebab wrap. All the food was great with no exceptions. Our server was slightly aloof and reserved and could come across as quite rude. But she was the exception. The rest of them were absolutely amazing and very kind. The owner was very proactive and welcoming. He also ensured our experience was great. Restaurant was in good shape in general, but our table was covering a large part of the wall where the wallpaper had been ripped apart. But otherwise the rest of the restaurant was beautiful and clean.

I was one of the first to enjoy the new breakfast menu at Shimlas and it did not disappoint. The lahori breakfast at Shimlas was amazing! The chana had just the right amount of seasoning and wasn't too oily. The breakfast box could easily satisfy two people who don't usually have breakfast. But the star of the show for me was definitely the aloo paranta. I love mine with lots of spice! And let's not forget about the desi tea, it really complemented the whole meal. 5 stars for sure! 🌟🍳☕️

I came to Shimlas for the first time with my family and was met by a warm and welcoming and very friendly service. I immediately felt relaxed and thought this will be a nice atmosphere to dine in. The food was very tasty and full of flavour and speed of service was impeccable and professional. There is a nice variety of dishes and desserts to choose from. Would definitely recommend and highly recommend!!

Great place that's serves simply great cultural food at reasonable price. Service is excellent too, they come around often to ask if everything is to your liking. Special thanks to Devonshire and Riddhi for their great service. Would definitely recommend coming here.
